[redacted] came in on 9/26/and ask us to ship a fish for her to Minneapolis, Mn for next day arrivalWe quoted her $plus$prepare bag and oxygen to ship the fish by USPS next day arrival through our shipping agentUnfortunately, the following day when wecontact our shipping agent and they are no longer can provide the shipping service for usAnd we contacted Ms [redacted] about the situation and askher to come take the fish back and will refund the full amount that she paidBut she said that no one can come get it since they have no familyor friends left in Sacramento, and insisted for us to ship it out for herAnd we told her that we will ship the fish direct through the post officeand the quoted that we got is $to ship it next day arrivalWe try to limit the size of the bag that we use to save weight since that is howthe post service charge by and because she said that cannot afford the shipping if its too much(Extra $she paid)We feel sorry for the fishand can only worked with what she could affordAs you can see the amount she paid could not even cover the shipping cost but we did it as a favorfor herWe are assure that the fish would arrive in better sharp if it could have shipped in bigger size bag

I am rejecting this response because: I was told that I can either ship usps that will cost additional $20 I then informed them I already paid $48.99 I dont have additional money to pay thats when once again I was told I can have someone come pick fish up. I gave my cc # to have it shipped usps, not not one time I was informed that the package had to change the weight. They informed me informed me about costing me extra $20 and thats all was said. I have proof because I had the conversation on speaker call while I was at work so that my co-workers could hear.  As much as I have paid already to ship my mothers fish then agreed to pay additional to have it shipped out any differant from my intional conversation.  I was never quoted another amount. I was told I have two choice pay the $20 or have fish picked up. I then gave my cc# and was told i'd be contacted back with confirmation # after being shippe.  A woman contacted me later that day with tracking information thats it.  If I wouldbe been informed of the changes that would put the fish at risk I wouldve never agreed and would of paid more if had to because it is just a fish to them but to me it ment alot more the amount Ive spent on shipping proves how important the fish ment to me. If I was informed of the shipping changes I would have never agree to taking the risk it wouldnt make it after paying as I had I wouldve had no choice but to pay more if asked. I was told $79.99 for my fish to arrive alive I wouldnt pay that amout to take a chance of it arrive dead.  I picked their company cause they kept informing me to trust them they can do the job getting it to me alive. I believed their word if I didnt trust them I wouldve picked another company but I didnt cause felt that I left my fish in good hands but I guess I was wrong. Id like to know what type of company would consider shipping a living animal in those conditions kbowing it wouldnt live through the trip their best interest was for the fish or to me. I cant replace the fish but id like my shipping and handling refunded becuae I wouldve never paid $79.99 to receive a dead fish in a bag that had barely any water due to a hole in bag.  When I contacted them I was told since it wasnt purchased there nothing they can do I informed them im contact Revdex.com because I was informed that my fish would arrive safely thats when I wad told to do what I have to do then the phone was hung up on me I tried to call back and once again but this time I was loudly (yelled at) to do what ever and hung up on for the ssecond time.  I cant believe im going through all this with a company whos web site says 100% cusomers satisfactory.      company would ship a fish at any time knowing the risk of it not living.  chance to make those decisinKatribecause of money othat the
