Sorry for the delayed response I was out of the town the month of May Customer purchased hair on Saturday April 22, we received an order from the customer We don't ship on the weekend which is stated on the website Customers order shipped the next business day we are open which is Tuesday We receive cancellation Wednesday and We cancelled the order and issued refund that was processed on back to the customer on May I communicated to the customer the refund time frame and the customer that is up to there bank processing time might take up to billing cycle to show.Thanks

which is Tuesday.  We receive cancellation Wednesday and We cancelled the order and issued refund that was processed on back to the customer on May 3.  I communicated to the customer the refund time frame and the customer that is up to there bank processing time might take up to 1 billing cycle to show.Thanks.
