Review: I ordered some body oil! It was too thick for the roll on containers & it is also sticky. I've been dealing with oil for years and this oil is not right. And also, it has very little to no scent at all. I don't feel as though I should have to pay to send it back. They should pay for the shipping and handling and give me the right oil. I paid my money and all they said was send it back. Why should I have to come out of pocket for a mistake that Exotic Fragrances made?Desired Settlement: Send me shipping labels so I can return it and give me usable oil.

Review: I purchase (2) 16oz bottle of an oil called CABOTINE. The is the only scent I buy to burn in my home, I have purchased this oil over 50 times in different place (NEVER HAD AN ISSUE)I purchased on August [redacted] in the store. Once I got to work I placed a little on me and it didn't smell right. It did not smell like all my other CABOTINE purchase. I called and spoke with a woman ([redacted]) I think that was her name. She said , it a new batch and sometimes needs to be aired out and she said burn it and let her know. So on Friday night I took the oil home from my job and burn a little on Saturday and this WAS NOT SMELLING GOOD and not CABOTINE. Something was different and I did not like the scent.I returned to work on Tuesday, August **, 2013 call for her and spoke with the man who I did the transaction in the store. I told him I spoke with [redacted] last Thursday and this oil doesnt smell like Cabotine and I was to return for my money because I don't use any other scent. He said hold on. Then I get someone named [redacted] who said they don't take returns/oils back. I told him I spoke with [redacted] and that I wasn't told that. He said, I smelled the scent in the store- Which I told him NO I DID NOT. I purchased that scent many times and wasnt concern because that is the only scent I buy. He said the guy who sold this to me said I smelled it.. I told him to place that person on the phone.. I told him they have camera's there go back and check- AT NO TIME DID I SMELL THE SCENT and I am 100% sure and did not appreciate him lying. He said, he see's alot of people and doesnt know. I said, I rather you say that you don't remember than LIE because I do rememeber and that never happen. I ask for their license Number and her refused to provide. I also ask for the owners name and he refused to give. Then [redacted] got on the phone and had a different take. Stating that I can get a store credit. I told her you remember me saying that is the only scent I buy that is why I got two 16 oz bottles for almost $100 dollars .Desired Settlement: I want to return this for a full cash refund because they got the scent WRONG otherwise I would be keeping. I don't need credit because I don't use any other scent and that was clearly stated when I purchased. They should also be fined for not providing license numbers and owners name. They also lied about being registered with Revdex.com. I placed the name, address and phone number and nothing came up. She said that policey no cash but they got this scent wrong and an error on their part.

I was called by [redacted] and advised that the owner will accept the return and give me a full credit on my credit card. I told her that I wiill be there tomorrow 8/**/2013 however

I will try to get there today (if possible ) to see [redacted] in person for the transaction.
