Dear [redacted] : My name is [redacted] and I'm responding to the business complaint regarding Exotic Hair Boutique LLC We have a store policy that all sales are final We tell the customers this at time of purchaseWe also let them feel the hair,and smell the hairWe tell them what products to useWe advise them that the hair is 100% human virgin grade 6A unprocessed We tell them that we recommend them to wash the hair before they install the hairThis store has been open for almost years [redacted] call with the complaint of the smell I then asked her did she wash her hair she told me noI advised her to wash the hair She then washed the hair and still was not satisfied with smell so I invited her back to the store me and employee and also a customer smelled her hair and it smelled like dove shampoo and conditionerPlease contact me with any further questions or concernsThank you!

I smelled some behind the counter while visiting there second location and it was horrific. IF I WAS told to pre- wash my hair I would have. HONESTLY IF I was told to smell my hair prior to buying it I would not have brought it for over 200.00. Makes no sence to me that business are not willing to tell the truth when a customer is not satisfied. My hair smelled like dove shampoo when I went in to the store because I had just washed it but the tracks where the hair is installed smells like burned corn chips. I was my hair and three days later while trying to enjoy my summer I am hit with a fowl smelling hair once the heat hits me and this is immediately after being installed no fault of mine.
