I made an order from Exotic Incense.com on January 14, I did not receive an email receipt or confirmation of my order, although the cost of the order was taken from my credit card the same day I orderedOver the next week I emailed the company times to ask if the order had shipped or I could expect to receive any confirmationNo responseI checked the order status--it was processing every day for the next week, never showed shippedThere is no phone number on the site, so I tracked down a number from my bank statement, which had the business name and numberNo answer at the other end, no person, it went straight to voice mailLeft messages...no responseI went to the site to leave a bad review about the absolutely non existent customer service--even though there are many reviews on the site, there is no way to leave a review Is that odd or what? I sent an email to Exotic Incense asking for clarification of the presence on their site of Happy Hari Incense, which I thought had closed down. I received a rapid reply informing me that "Happy Hari" had passed away and that they only had remaining stock on hand. I quickly ordered a good supply, which was dispatched by First Class Package Service well within two days, and I received the order 2 days later. Everything in the package was in order. If there was ever a problem with their service, it appears to have been fixed.
