It was brought to my attention that *** *** never received her SD card for navigation in her new car I have ordered the SD card from mercedes yesterday, and will receive it mondayAs
soon as I receive it, I will mail it to her address

I have yet to receive anything in the mail or a phone call from exotic auto I hope this would get resolved sooner, I can not afford anymore tickets for breaking the law using my cell phone as an navigation device. I thank you in advance for your time and efforts in getting this resolved. I hope Exotic Auto does the right thing finally.

Review: Salesman informed me he would take my previous leased Toyota Carolla and return it to the toyota dealership. He sent my Corolla to Virgina and the dealership would not accept my toyota. I have been asking the salesman to return my Corolla to New York and he has not done so for over a month. The sales man does not answer my calls nor is anyone at the business able to give me an exact location of my Toyota Corolla. I am still paying for my lease Toyota Corolla however exotic motor world transported it out of state.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to have my own Toyota Corolla returned to me in New York. The vehicle is mine and I am still responsible for all lease payments.

Review: In 2012 my son placed a $500.00 down payment for the company to locate a desired vehicle for him. This was not able to be completed and the deposit money was never refunded. I have called on numerous occasions tot he business location: spoken to a person and gave a message with a promise that "[redacted]" would call me back. It never happened. I have subsequently Left several phone messages since without a return call to me. I have only had a person answer this number once in all of the times I have attempted to call.I am looking for my son to get his $500.00 deposit back as noted.Desired Settlement: I would like the $500.00 refunded to my son in the form of a cashiers check or a credit to my son's original payment method.

Review: `I purchassed the vehicle Oct, 2014 as per the sticker and contract an SD card for the navigation was to be provided. I since then have been on numerous calls and have been getting the run around. The last call I had with [redacted] he said they are willing to go half with me in which case would be an additional $350 from me. I cant imagine I would have to pay for something I was suppose to have from the begining. Can someone please help me as I can not afford losing my license or even worst kill someone for utilizing my cellphone as a navigation device.
