Inappropriate service manager/dept interaction This occurred on Tuesday, August 9, at approximately 10am My husband just had the worst customer experience he's ever had (and that I've certainly ever heard of) in the service departmentWe had an appointment to have my truck evaluated because the air conditioner has not been working appropriatelyHe arrives this morning and they state they do not have us down for an appointment despite me receiving appointment emails, etcThey also don't have a service vehicle or shuttle readily available to get him to workHe asks for a key to be made and asked to be notified for a price on thatAfter looking into the issue, it was going to be nearly $to repair the AC issueWe declined that for the present time and discussed that we may look into that laterThen as he was checking out, the person told him that, "Oh, by the way, the cost for the new key we made for you is going to be $200." Taken advantage of on financing In march of this year I purchased a Honda CR V from Victory Honda of Jackson On the day that I purchased the car I sign a finance agreement The dealership financial officer told me he would get me days before my first payment My understanding was that my interest rate on the papers I signed that day was 6.5%, because that is what the fiance office agreed to get for me I could have gotten the car financed at my credit union for 6.8% at the time During the days my credit union called me numerous times asking why the car I traded in had not been paid off I contacted Victory Honda several times and they told me that was up to the finance company that I had my new loan with After six weeks the finance officer called me and asked me to come in a sign some more necessary papers I was confused, but obliged At this time he told me that the original financier had changed their minds, but that he had it financed with a different financier a

This was my very first time buying a carI went in to look at a new HondaThen I talked to LC about financing I told him my budget and he was honest with me upfront and told me the car I test drove simply will not fit in my budgetSo, we looked at another car, a that was more in my price rangeI loved the car and it was a one owner with very low mileage, so basically brand new LC worked very hard to obtain financing for meI was approved and out the door in less than two hours What I value the most about my experience at Victory Honda is the integrity and honesty of not only my salesperson, Nathan, but also LC the financing managerHe didn't try to put me in a car he knew I wouldn't be able to affordHe genuinely cared that I had a budget So, I ended up with an amazing vehicle! Check cashed a week and a half before I was told it would be as well as terrible customer service while attempting to get the problem fixed
I purchased a car from Victory Honda on July 9th
I was asked to leave a $check as part of my down payment.I had been told when leaving a check had been suggested that the check would be held until the 23rd of JulyI was told not only that this check would not be cashed for two weeks but also that I would receive a courtesy call before it was actually posted which I never received
This check was cashed on 7/12/As I had been told the check would be cashed much later I did not have this amount in my account and my account was over drafted by several hundred dollars
I honestly thought at first that the issue was going to be taken care of quickly and professionally and although I was worried I was convinced that Victory Honda would very quickly fix this mistake
I had a very difficult time getting in touch with anyone to help

Victory Honda of Jackson,TN doesn't stand by there word
I had purchased a Honda Accord on May 16,and then I traded my Honda CRV in so all paperwork was sign and the keys where giving to meSo on June 19,I received a phone call from the financial department at Victory Honda telling me to bring the car back because the loan didn't go through and I could also pick my Honda CRV back upAlso Victory Honda had me riding on expired tags due to the not transferring my tagI will not I repeat I will not ever deal with Victory Honda of Jackson,TN
