To whom it may concern, From reading Exotic Motor WOrld's response, it appears to me that they are ran by a crook and liar When I first contacted the dealership and spoke to the salesperson, ***, he repeatedly assured me that the car was going to be sold to me at MSRP, as I built the car my self and sent him the configurationsWhen I went in to pick up the vehicle, I had no idea that it was going to come with more options, and I had waited about 5-months for the car it self, I was not going to give up the car just because it had more options, and it was about $4,more expensive than the car I had orderedHowever, I accepted it because I got more options in the car, I get what I paid forThat I was totally aware ofNow, The *** *** went over the monthly paymetnts with me very briefly, he did not tell me what amount was to be financed and I do agree that I should have gone through the paper works thoroughly, but it does not justify the schemes this dealership planned against its customers, in this case meAnd I did not ever say " I didnt order this car to only make $5,to $10,000" , I urge the mediator to take this accusations very seriously because when I had contacted Exotic to work out the issue, he and his staff repeatedly offered me to sell them back the car and that I will make $10,on the car, I responded by saying "No I did not order this car to make any money"I had called his salesperson *** back roughly 30-minutes after leaving the dealership with the car to address my concern*** assured me that he had taken note of it and I my self contacted *** a few hours laterI have phone records to show when I contacted them if they need to be providedAgain, When I spoke to *** and *** after I contacted them, They BOTH reassured that the car was sold to me at MSRPPlease bring these crooks to justice.

Review: Ordered a car from them, car comes in with a different MSRP than what I had ordered, that was fine because I had waited 4 months for the car so an extra 2k on options didnt matter much. The guy gives a whole bunch of papers to sign, he gives me the bill of sale, it was a extremely small fonted piece of paper. He does not go over the numbers with me and just told me my monthly payments. It is my fault for not reading thru it thoroughly. However 30minutes after I picked up the car, I called them because I realized a 10k markup from what they had advertised to me. THey told me I would have to speak to the [redacted] since he would know the numbers. I called again the next day, they said the [redacted] is out for a few weeks. So I waited and I finally got in touch with him about 3 weeks later. He then tells me there is nothing he can do, becuase paperworks have been submitted and its finalized. Please note I called them 30minutes after pickup and addressed the issue to them, they were fully aware and confirmed that there was no markup on the selling price. but now they are saying theres nothing they can do.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me the $10,000 that they wrongfully added.

[redacted] ordered a truck from our establishment, which took approximately 6 months to arrive. At the time [redacted] left a deposit we did explain to him that the truck he is ordering typically sells for over MSRP. We did explain to him what his monthly payment would be on the $92k MSRP vehicle he ordered. The truck arrived in March with a MSRP of $96k. Our [redacted] did explain that to him and he was ok with it. His monthly payment remained the same even though he purchased a more expensive truck. The [redacted] did go over all the paperwork in detail in regards to his finance terms, down payment, rate and monthly payment. [redacted] took delivery of his truck at approximately 1:30 pm on Sunday afternoon. [redacted] called us after hours at approximately 8:30 pm on Sunday evening to go over the paperwork with him. We asked him to contact us the next day when we are open; unfortunately our [redacted] had left on vacation for 2 weeks the next morning. After th e 2 weeks had passed we did get back in touch with [redacted] and explained to him the finance terms again. Due to the fact that [redacted] was not happy, out of courtesy, we offered to purchase the vehicle back from him for more than the purchase price he paid. [redacted]s response was at first, “We shouldn’t have submitted the paperwork to the bank”. Unfortunately we have to submit the paperwork to the bank immediately. The bank and the DMV request this as it causes a liability issue. The second response from [redacted] was, “ I didn’t buy this truck to only make a $5,000 to $10,000 profit.” Exotic Motor World did nothing wrong! As per [redacted] statement, he does admit that this is his fault for not reading the contract thoroughly. Again, we did go over all the terms with [redacted] and he signed the contract. Exotic Motor World considers this case closed.
