Mr [redacted] bought his 2003 [redacted] into our location to have his tires installed that he provided. We installed his tires properly and set his air pressures to the correct pressures (44 PSI) We spoke to Mr [redacted] after we received his refund request from credit card company, and he advised us...

that we went to another repair facility and they told him we over inflated his tires which is false. We have provided a copy of the [redacted] factory required air pressure info.  He also mentioned that we left a panel under the vehicle loose as well. Also a false accusation as we didn't remove the panel in question to service his vehicle. We explained to him that his vehicle has over 80,000 miles and that panel has most likely been removed various times to service his vehicle. Just never at our location. Sounds as if he has gotten a conflicting opinion from another less educated repair facility. While he may like to run his tires at 10 PSI less that the factory recommends, we "legally" have to set the pressures where the manufacturer insists for safety reasons. None of his accusations warrant a refund. After his credit card refund request was denied he complained to Midas International and the staff there also spoke to him and they closed his complaint case. He is now complaining to Revdex.com. Thanks[redacted]
