Company obtained SS# and will not stop doing hard inquiries every months to my credit report I have never submitted an application for a loan with this company, they obtained my information while trying to get a business loan with another firm several months agoWe did obtain a loan thru [redacted] and [redacted] This company keeps running my credit from obtaining my information from a third party, my personal information should not be used for the need to check my score and call to try and get my businessI have asked this company how they got my information and they say I filled out an application, I have asked to see the application and they will not provide itThey are just buying information from other lenders or they have illegally obtained my information

Expansion Capital delivered as promised, presented clear terms, and have a great repayment structureI don't hesitate to refer people to ECG

They did a hard inquiry in my credit without my consent
I was looking to borrow capital for my business with *** and I asked if they would have to do a hard inquiry on my credit and they said it was only a soft pullI gave them my information and they passed it to Expansion Capital and they did a hard inquiry in my credit without me ever consenting it

PUT A HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT REPORT WITHOUT MY CONSENT
THIS COMPANY IS STATING THAT I REQUESTED FUNDING FROM THEM ON *** AND CHECKED MY CREDIT WHICH PUT A "HARD" INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT REPORT; DAMAGING MY ALREADY LESS THAN PERFECT CREDIT EVEN MOREI WANT THIS INQUIRY REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT AS I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS COMPANY TO CHECK MY CREDIT

Wire Fraud, Theft by Deception, Breach of Contract by Expansion Capital Group to obtain personal information and banking information
Was contacted by an agent of Expansion Capital Group on *** and was offered business capital for my business I was directed to complete and application, including tax returns and bank statements from my accounts On *** I was called and told that I had been approved for $*** and that all I needed to do was provide my online banking username and password and that the funds would be deposited that day Nothing was deposited into my account When I contacted them to inquire, I was told that they did not know what went wrong On *** I was contacted by a different representative that demanded that I complete and sign another contract for $*** I completed and returned the contract I also completed a bank verification and was told Congratulations that mu money would be in my bank by the end of the day Nothing was deposited

This company is running a scam and/or Ponzi schemeSame thing as the other review happened to meTo think they have a A+ Revdex.com rating is shockingIt must be pay to play on here as wellThis company tried to do a unauthorized access to my bank information after I had cancelled the phony loanI am forwarding all my documentation to government authorities in addition to this request to the Revdex.com to lower this company's score to a more appropriate levelI have had success with the Revdex.com before, however this rating for this company, coupled with a hidden bad review, makes me question the Revdex.com's integrity
