We do apologies for the issues you had receiving a DOA unitWe did issue a PRE-PAID label to return the faulty device with a option of exchanges or refundThe item was received back and was put in QUE to be processed and testedThis is
standard practice in most company's to verify fault on the deviceThe device was tested and faulty confirmed on the 16th of OctoberWe attempted to do a full refund at that time but the funds were put in a holding status due to a dispute put in with your pay-pal accountWe have informed PayPal the status of the return and that the hold of the funds should be released back into you account

Today we have October 22, I still not receive refund from ExpansysPayPal dispute was resolved and close by Expansys on October I check today my Paypal account they tell me you not even try to give me the refund at allThat's what Expansys is famous for to drag the customers by month's (online reviews)My next step is to initiate "charge back" by my credit card financial institutionGood luck with you unusual business practices screwing other customers

This consumer attempted to purchase an item that was priced on the website with error. Unlike most every other consumer, when the item appears to be priced incorrectly and the consumer contacts us to confirm the price. This consumer attempted to make a purchase knowing that the price was a keying...

error. The consumer also states that effort was not made on the behalf of MakariosRV.com and this is also false. A voice mail was left and the consumer refused to reach back and simply began to leave negative feedback's. This speaks volumes of the task of this consumer and we thank all previous consumers for always reaching out and working with MakariosRV.com to find a winning solution for both parties. With regards to this specific purchase attempt, the shipping method was made as a store pick up. The consumer is in TN and the store pick up location (also stated on the website) is located in Indiana. MakariosRV.com has been in business in for nine years and this is the first complaint based on an extreme bias consumer attempting to make a purchase knowing the item was priced wrong and then attempts to slander MakariosRV.com on multiple outlets. Not only does MakariosRV.com have an A+ plus rating with the Revdex.com Accredited Business, but also has a 4.9 Google Shopping rating. If this was a normal practice and not an isolated incident - These ratings would reflect such business practices if existed. The consumer has still not made an attempt to reach out to our customer service but simply attempts to leave a negative feedback. Thank you Revdex.com for being a non-biased reflection and protecting both parties. Our apologies are extended for an item being keyed in an error and again, typically the consumer reaches out to share the finding knowing this is an impossible transaction and will exhaust their energies and effort as well the online retailer. MakariosRV.com lists contact information inclusive of phone numbers and email addresses, live chat and direct contact us page. MakariosRV.com has never made an effort to hide but provides multiple methods for contact. Cheers!

It is our company policy to not accept [redacted] or credit cards for orders shipped internationally, we can only accept a bank transfer.
If we receive an order place with [redacted] and it is being shipped outside of North America, our processing...

department will send an email to the customer advising that since we cannot accept [redacted] for their order, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to their [redacted] account.
We also advise them to replace the order and select bank transfer as their method of payment and once we receive the new order, we will send them the instructions on how to complete the payment.
On our checkout page, we do have the customer mark that they have agreed to our terms and conditions and on that page, we do advise that we have the right to decline an order for any reason.
