Professionalism
I have tried to contact someone from this company for weeks and no one has responded to my message. I have been dealing with this company for about two years and I hear the same thing over and over, "We have not had an offer as of yet." It will be nice to receive a call back. Better yet, receive an offer or have my timeshare sold.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The response is incorrect as stated previously, attempts to contact the sales rep (jr) were ignoredExpedia Exchange was to arrange for resale of our timeshare as well as the travel/cruise benefits NOT either or but BOTHExpedia Exchange has NOT did to date what they were paid to do, which is to post and manage two separate listingsTo add insult to injury, we received a response only after the elapse of the refund period and they were rude about it!

I have a claim I’m just now seeing that   a response was needed to process my dispute. I’m just now reading the response and just now seeing that Kelly is the same person responding to the email as well as the telephone calls. I contacted Revdex.com for help to resolve this solution I’m still requesting my full refund for $1855 at this time if the company/Kelly is still refusing my refund and using Slander and Defamation of Character then I probably need to be contacting an attorney. This has been a Nightmare and I would want anyone else to go through this. Thanks,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
We have attempted to contact Expedia Exchange and as I said before, the calls were ignored. The salesman definitely showed duplicitous behavior and attitude once the transaction was complete. There's still the FTC and the attorney general office to contact if this back and forth continues. They should have took our calls in the beginning.

February 12, 2018 Revdex.com 8020 S County Rd 5, Ste 100 Fort Collins, CO 80528 RE: [redacted] ID # [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, Expedia Exchange is a marketing and advertising company for independent timeshare owners.  Expedia Exchange began advertising the cardholder’s vacation...

ownership on 10/18/2017. Expedia Exchange emailed the agreement to Ms. [redacted] for her to review, sign and return.  Ms. [redacted] signed the agreement electronically from the comfort of her own home and submitted through email back to our office agreeing to the terms and conditions of the agreement and agreeing to pay the advertising/registration fee. I have included a copy of the signed agreement. The agreement Ms. [redacted] signed states clearly “You have an unwaivable right to cancel this contract for any reason within ten days after the date you receive signed confirmation of this contract. If you decide to cancel this contract, you must notify Expedia Exchange in writing of your intent to cancel.” Expedia Exchange received no notice of cancellation from Ms. [redacted] at any time during the advertising of her vacation ownership. Ms. [redacted] did call in and asked additional questions about the advertising service, but no attempt to cancel was made my Ms. [redacted]. The agreement Ms. [redacted] does state our terms and conditions and by reviewing, and signing the agreement, Ms. [redacted] has acknowledged that she did read and agree to the terms. The Terms and Conditions are also found on our website which is accessible to the public at ANY time. Ms. [redacted] had ample opportunity to review these terms before agreeing to pay the advertising fee. Ms. [redacted] submitted documentation to show that her vacation ownership was foreclosed , not sold. I have tried numerous times to explain to Ms. [redacted] that she is not entitled to a refund based on our guidelines, which state “ Expedia Exchange can guarantee You that if you can demonstrate in writing, that Your vacation ownership was sold/rented during the term of this contract by another company, advertiser, promoter, broker or real estate firm and that the company, advertiser, promoter, broker or real estate firm charged the same initial price that you advertised Your vacation ownership with Expedia Exchange and that You paid the other company, advertiser, promoter, broker or real estate firm the same advertising fee as Expedia Exchange and that the sale/rental of Your vacation ownership by another company, advertiser, promoter, broker , or real estate firm had nothing to do with Expedia Exchange efforts in advertising your vacation ownership on Your behalf, then Expedia Exchange will refund your advertising fee 100%.” As this was being explained to Ms. [redacted] and a partial refund was being offered, she became verbally abusive and was cursing and being extremely disrespectful. Per the Agreement, “Expedia Exchange reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel advertisements in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Expedia Exchange believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interest of Expedia Exchange and its subsidiaries.” Ms. [redacted]’s advertisement can be viewed at any time on our website at [redacted] AD # [redacted].
