I bought a car and paid $8,000cash plus financed 3000 more, when it broke down two days later I said that I wanted to return it thats when they said they would fix it. This the e-mail I sent the dealer.Just got off the phone with Carson Service Center and I was told that they after talking with [redacted] they have determined that the vehicle is not going to be repaired and that I'm looking at about a $1,600 dollar repair. Here is my issue. Ever since I bought the car it gave me issues with in the 2nd day and the only reason why we eneded keep the darn car its because we were told that the vechile would ber repaired. When we told that [redacted] (person prior to you) we did not want the car it was before even 14 days after buying the car. We were still with in our 20 days of return the vechile. Only reson why we eneded stay in the jeep was becuase we were told that it would be fixed. Not once but twice. I would under stand it would not apply if was a differnet issue every single time, but the truth of the matter it has been the same issue all along. Now honestly I feel that I was set up to be past my 20 days that in the back of the contract it says that I have to return the car. On Jan 7th 2014 I meet with you and [redacted] in which [redacted] promised that he would but in a new engine and fix the issue. I am forwarding you a recording of the acutally conversation you me and [redacted] had that day. Towards the end of conversation he said hopefully you wont return with anymore issues.... Guess what I'm back with the same issue. To me I understood that If I did have another issue reguarding the engine I was more likely going to go thru you. When we got our car back it ran good for 54 days, we thought that the issue was fixed. When we went to the dealership and asked who did the labor we were told Carson Service Center. We dropped off our car and let it set there of almost two weeks because [redacted] was out of the office. Now here is my issue no one can provide us information documentation of what exactly was done to our carProduct_Or_Service: JeepDesired SettlementI want my money back back orI want my car fixed with the new engine that I was promised by [redacted] (Owner of experiance cars) I have a recording where he says he would repair my Jeep with a new engine.Carson Service Center says they would be more than happy to back up the stuff that they themselfs put in a car. But all parts were given to them by experiance cars and said put this in car so that is what they did. Experiance is not providing me with documents of what they put in.

Dealership said car passed inspection everything was satisfactory but wasnt. Asked to have them fix is at my mechanic was told no that wasnt allowed.Bought a [redacted] Equinox on 12/26/2014 with a year warranty and 1,000 down. Before signing the paper work we asked what was done to the car in the safety check was told by [redacted] that it was just the basic tune up stuff. Also we asked for the [redacted] was told it was in a minor accident but scored an 80. When we got to the warranty part of the deal I asked if I was able to take it to my mechanic was told by [redacted] I was able to take it to whoever I wanted as long as they took that warranty. Inspection of the used car said every thing was satisfactory and nothing needed to be repaired or replaced. On the way home the car was pulling hard right, slipping out of gear, and you could hear the wheel bearings going out. I called that next day told [redacted] she said to bring it in and they'd fix it. Brought it in on 12/30/14 picked it up on 12/31/2014 Was told by the manager that [redacted] did an alignment and balanced the tires. [redacted] test drove it said it was fine. Took it home was still pulling a little bit to the right so waited for my mechanic to look at it. A GM dealership. There were 2600 worth of stuff wrong with it but the main thing was that there was an engine oil leak but on the inspection they said that it passed and that there was nothing wrong with the car but it is an obvious leak that old and should not have been marked as satisfactory. My mechanics dealership ([redacted]) called [redacted] to have them work with the warranty but [redacted] told him they couldn't do it because they were not an authorized dealership. Took car back to Experience cars on 1/9/15 to have them either take the car back since they lied or to have my mechanic fix it and they pay for it. Since I don't trust their mechanic missing something as obvious as the leak is. [redacted] told me that I needed to call [redacted] the customer service relations if I had a problem with the car. Called him to tell him what was wrong he said the only option I had was to pay the rest of the deferred and he'd have their mechanic look at it and IF he thought it needed fix he'd have it fixed but if not I could take it to my mechanic and id have to pay for it out of pocket or I could leave it there and have it repod if I didn't pay my deferred. They locked the doors and I couldn't get in to talk to some one luckily the manager was outside gave him the keys and got found out the guy I was talking to was actually the owner got his information and I left the car there. Was called by [redacted] on 1/12/2015 that my car would be done in a week it had been taken to an outside mechanic. I asked what the contact information was for said mechanic she said that she couldn't give it to me because they didn't want me calling and bugging the mechanic about the car. I told her I only want it so that I could make sure they are licensed she said they were and the only thing she was told to tell me was that the car would be done in a week and I could come get it if I brought the deferred in. Desired SettlementTo return car and get my 1,000 down payment back.

I purchased a car from this company and **, the sales person and GM, assured me that all the vehicle fluids would be filled prior to me picking the car up and taking it home. Upon getting the vehicle home I discovered that the fluids had not been filled and that the vehicle had no coolant in the engine at all, was 2 quarts low on oil and was very low on brake fluid. The lack of coolant caused the water pump to fail, which I informed ** of. After waiting a week for them to retrieve the car to fix it they finally took the car back to their mechanic, even though I had concerns with this because he was the person who had supposedly filled the fluids. I then waited three more days for them to tell me what was going on and finally contacted them myself. ** was very rude at this point and told me that it was going to be another week before the car was repaired. I told him that I felt that being without the car for almost 3 weeks and still having to make payments on the car that I could not use was not fair and that my first payment should be postponed for a month to fix the lack of car problem. He then told me that I had tampered with a GPS unit they had installed in the vehicle to track it if they need to reposes it due to my lack of payment. I told him that I had not touched the GPS unit and that maybe the same shoddy mechanic who had failed to fill the fluids was the source of the issue. He then informed me that they were going to kill the deal. I said that was fine and asked how I was going to get my down payment back. He told me he was going to keep my money and the car and that I was screwed and then hung up on me. I have tried to contact this company and find someone who would solve the issue but all I get is hung up on or ignored. It is an extremely poor business practice to take a customers money and then take the product that was purchased back.Product_Or_Service: CarDesired SettlementI would either like the repairs necessary due to AJs negligence performed and the car returned to me or I would like my down payment, the value of the full tank of gas I had just put into the car and the parts and fluids I put into the car reimbursed. I also would like to be assured that no negative marks are put onto my credit due to this incident.

Purchased the car and immediately had issues. First of all, the vehicle needed new brakes. We contacted the dealership within the first couple weeks of having the car about scheduling an appointment for Their mechanic to look at them. They rarely ever answered and when they did they said it was just dirty pads and to not worry about it. Then we took a good look under the hood and noticed a line being partially disconnected had caused the car to not start and the low pressure line for the A/C had a crack which caused any coolant in the system to leak out. On the other hand, getting in contact with someone about the payments took an unreasonable amount of time. I have not been called back when calling and leaving a message and it has taken two weeks to get a response through email. The lender and I had emailed back and forth after she had said I had a past due balance on my account and that along with the normal payment was due on my scheduled due date, a week away from when I received her email. She had then told me I should have paid a certain amount by this month and that I have not paid everything owed. I have had this vehicle for 4 months now and the amount she said I owed exceeded the amount I had agreed to pay each month, even including her past due balance she said I owed. Almost as if they were looking for an extra months payment on top of the 4 I have paid.Desired SettlementRefund for all repairs and billing adjustment to accurately show balances and payments.

My wife and I went into experience cars to purchase a jeep wrangler. The sales manager came out with a bogus line that he had the only used jeep within several hundred miles in an attempt to be able to hold the value of his jeep. Thankfully we didn't purchase because when I got home I found several jeeps similar to the one at experience cars. This tactic is extremely deceitful and should not be tolerated by anyone. If I had to guess the owners approve of these deceitful acts.Desired SettlementDemote your sales manager and hire a more honest person. I propose you accept my new offer for the jeep for ccompensation of our horrible experience with your company
