Customer behavioral when returning device was irrational and disruptiveShe was so upset she failed to hear there wouldn't be any additional chargesShe also filed a negative review on another site where she stated her issue was resolved by returning her device to ***She received a replacement

to file complaint with Revdex.com is we didn't complete repair for free. It is clearly stated on the work order that the customer signed damages caused by the customer after repair is complete isn't covered. The device was damaged by the initial drop which damaged the body of the ipad when it was dropped prior to bringing it for the first repair. The offer to refund her 50% for her repair is still available.
