Expert Alterations

Review: Dropped prom dress off [redacted] measures we agreed to alterations. As of June [redacted] his business was shut down. He call Saturday June ** to say dress ready. I go there and he has my dress in van hands to me he assures me all is good. My daughter couldn't try on cause we were outside. When we did get home dress was taken out of bag beads falling off . The whole bottom of dress uneven. My daughter in tears. Trying to contact [redacted] he kept either ganging up or not returning my calls. Finally getting in touch I met with him evening of June ** outside front of his store. I told him we bought dress to 3 different tailors where all had said dress could not be repaired. [redacted] started shouted foul language about [redacted],and he doesn't care.that we needed to purchase a new dress. Told him I will bring in new dress and he can see what he did to old dress. Several people had problems seems mine being the worst. I paid [redacted] in full trusting job done as wanted. Paying him $160 cash. I am looking for refund for alterations and for dress hacked away at. Cost of dress $545.00. Now I have 2 dresses that are the same. [redacted] drove away shouting foul language that no professional business [redacted] should use. What ever happen to the customer is right? [redacted]Desired Settlement: I am looking for a full refund for repairs and half the fist of the dress
