Respond to Complaint ID: [redacted] ( [redacted] ) April 14, To whom it may concern; Mr [redacted] contacted Expert Business Support in with a complaint in regards to [redacted] and Associates ( [redacted] ***)From our understanding, Mr [redacted] had tried to contact [redacted] to no avail and was forced to amend his own tax return We listened to his complaint and apologized that this had happenedAfter speaking to Ms [redacted] about the complaint she said she would not be issuing any refunds as her company, [redacted] and Associates, has been dissolved and no longer a legal entity As reparations for Mr***’s trouble, we offered him his tax preparation for free Mr [redacted] declined and explained he would complete his returns himselfExpert Business Support has NEVER done business with Mr***, nor have we ever met him Expert Business Support did NOT change our name from [redacted] and AssociatesExpert Business Support Inc is a separate entity, and only have contact with [redacted] and her family While we understand Mr***’s grievance, he should be directing his complaint toward [redacted] and Associates, as they are the ones who completed his tax return Because we do business with [redacted] is the only reason we offered to prepare Mr***’s returns at no cost Since he denied our offer, we see no reason to have further communications Expert Business Support did not take his money for completing a return, nor were we contacted to correct the errorsMr [redacted] contacted our office to give him a refund for a service that was not completed by us, to which we do not see this as an appropriate settlement Cordially, Amy E H***- Fischer, EA Expert Business Support Inc
