Recently, my wife and I hired Expert Concrete to lay sq ft of stamped concrete in our backyard, the experience was a breath of fresh airWe spoke with several companies that gave us bids all over the boardFrankly, after our last disaster hiring a contractor through *** we were extremely cautious, even skeptical, to bring someone to our home and trust that the job would be completed to our expectationsAfter speaking with Chris regarding our last ordeal, he was not only empathetic to our situation but went above and beyond to explain every aspect of the job he and his crew would performHe went into great detail with my wife discussing color scheme as well as stamp patterns to choose fromweeks later our project went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier with the resultsThank you Expert Concrete for restoring my faith in humanity!

Cracked concrete and damaging our home
So in July Chris and his guys started my job , today August 25th after multiple times trying to contact him he finally completed the concrete work leaving the while one side cracked after paying in full $he said multiple times he would have his guys clean the black powder that had now stained my wood and siding and today when I was gone he came to complete the work after multiple attempts and him saying what needs to be done after he told me what was leftHe chipped my fence and left us with a mess and cracked concrete and will not fix or re-emburse a pennyHe has not stood buy his word At this point we are just asking for a partial replacement of funds due to his work being short and wanting to be over this nightmare

We had our patio and pool area done with this company and it was the best possible choiceThey did beautiful decorate concrete work that came out better then we could have ever freakedChristopher and his crew were phenomenalThey were professional, so hard working and took great care with making sure everything turned out perfectlyThe entire job took about days - they had quite a bit of work to do in the large areaIt harmonized the entire yard and made our outdoor space such a perfect entertaining spaceIt's wortb every dollar, it certainly added to the value of our home several times over what we paidHighly recommended, thank so much!

In September 2017, I had Expert Concrete quote on removing damaged concrete on my driveway in Clarksville as well as adding another square feetThey had done some work for my neighbor and he was very satisfied with the workThe quotation was in line with an on-line estimator I foundThey started the job - weeks after being given the go-ahead and having the utilities marked The new area involved digging out - feet of dirt under my screendeck and placing concrete thereThis new concrete created a covered carport It took them one day to dig out and prep, and another to place the concreteAll was going well until the dumpster holding old concrete and dirt was hauled offThe loaded truck broke some of the old concrete that was supposed to remainChris took responsibility for it and replaced that area as well for no additional cost even though the old concrete was not in the best condition prior to breakage It is refreshing to deal with someone that is more interested in growing his business and leaving a satisfied customer rather than someone who is in it for a fast buckKeep up the good work Chris!

expert concrete contracted with me to poor my patio in june and its still not finished
added 100s of dollars to what they had originally quoted1st said he didn't know it would be steps instead of raised the pricesaid he didn't have the brick border stamp so had to stamp the whole thing, so raised the price.left hardened concrete and pile of gravel in city streetnever cut excess concrete off of patio or finish job, never pored garbage padsent workers out to finish job with no toolslied over and over again about coming to finish job( have text messages as proof)
