This is in response to the above complaint, we are very sorry about the experience Mr [redacted] is having with the company, unfortunate his work order came in when company is going through some changesThe owner does not have any plans to move out of state or anywhereThis changes are business decisions that affected everybody at the company, yes we have reduced our personnel as part of this changes and closed our physical office in order to reduce our overhead and be able to respond to our commitmentsThere is no such thing as fraud as Mr [redacted] claims, blue prints have been done and paid for and are in Mr [redacted] possession, permits has been obtained from the [redacted] and we will be contacting him as soon as we canThere is a delay with his project and we apologize for it.Expert Contracting

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThey don"t answer our calls e-mails or texts the last time they conctacted us ( mr *** ***) owner was on April 2nd said they were to buzy and in days he will call us to schedule a date for the contractors to start the work and nothimg happend.we got the blue print from the Arcitect Mrs *** *** ###-###-#### she didnt got paid for her job also, and we got the permit from the HOA so Mr *** is not being honestWe don't want his bussiness anymore we just want justice , he comited a fraud with us also with Mrs *** and some other peopleWe paid a second payment to the bank but we do not have our porch done so he are making payments for nothingPlease help us, this company have to pay us back and have to be out of bussinessThank you *** *** ^**)***Regards,*** ***
