Worst customer service. I had floors installed and they needed some repairs done. Took me months to get someone to come look at them then again months to get an appointment for them to come fix the floors. then no installers showed up for the appointment.
Beyond frustrated with lack of customer service and reliability. I have wasted time and taken off from work and still have not made any progress with this company and its been a year since the initial install.

please be VERY careful if considering working with this company.
