My two hall lights have not been working for about a month, and other service people I asked delayed and cancelled coming so yesterday I looked in the yellow pages for an electrician and the first ad I came to was Expert Electric The receptionist told me what would happen and it did, the same day! I was pleased to get an appointment right awayThe service man, Hamid Mirsanaye, called me a half hour ahead of time, gave me his business card and the brochure immediately, put on plastic shoe covers, analyzed my problem, gave me clear options, and the price quotes, let me weigh my options and decide, then efficiently went ahead installing two new three way switches, something I had a always wanted I was impressed by his knowledge, courtesy, attention to safety, and preparedness with equipment and the necessary wall switchesHe also told me about other services the company provides and that I might consider in the future
I was also impressed today by Lindsay, receptionist who called to make sure everything was all right She was attentive and alerted me to the fact that as a senior I can also claim 5% off
I found the cost expensive but the efficiency, professionalism and speed of service made the cost worthwhile I hope the company gives these front line employees benefits and bonuses!
