Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if they actually deliver what they promise The problems with EE do not simply relate to third party sub-contractors Part of the difficulty I've had with this company has been a direct result of their failure to communicate For instance, I spoke to [redacted] on December 7th about significant damage done to my new deck railing by the sub-contractor (I had spoken to [redacted] on Nov16th about the damage and submitted pictures to the company on Dec6th of further damage) [redacted] told me to expect an e-mail and/or a call shortly telling me when the repair work would begin Because I had not heard back from [redacted] in over a week, I called the office and left him a voice mail on Dec15th It is now Dec22nd and I am still waiting for a return call I'd be much more satisfied if EE would actually communicate with meAt this point, I want them to repair the damage, reimburse me the kenneling costs, get the roof inspected, and do it soon For a job that was to be started Oct27th and last only a few days, I think I've been more than patient Sincerely, [redacted]

Expert Exteriors prides itself on good customer service, as our many great reviews show.  Even so, Expert is not immune from problems created by third parties.  The best that the company can do is try to make it right with the customer when problems do happen.  This has been a...

particularly busy year in the roofing industry, and a very small number of previously reliable crews have been shirking jobs since they have so many to choose from.  Here, the customer reported that the roofing crews were not timely completing the work.  Expert took action against the independent roofing crews causing the delays, and offered to pay all kennel costs associated with them, as the customer acknowledges.  At this point, the work has been completed, except for a few screens.  Expert will issue a refund to the customer to cover the kennel costs and is doing some additional repairs at no cost related to the roofing work.Expert apologies on behalf of the independent contractors for the delays, and regrets that this customer was not satisfied by his experience.  Expert is working hard to identify and then no longer work with roofing crews who cause these kind of delays.
