Great people to work with. I have installed 5 floors in other houses before so I am not a first timer. Received any sample I wanted and they were helpful in coming up with a good quality and good looking floor. Gilbert delivered the flooring and trim pieces into my garage!!......This was a new type flooring so I had a few questions.....Gordon was able to answer my questions and the one that was in question, he contacted the manufacture and came back with the answer the very next day! We had several areas of our home worked on, wood flooring to replace carpet, tile to replace carpet and solid wood stairs and tile on the landing of the stairs to replace carpet. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Gilbert and three different crews for the three different areas. The work was done in a timely fashion and we are very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Expert Flooring Services. We may even be using the again in the near future.

Our carpet purchase/installation experience with Gilbert and Mari Martinez at Expert Flooring Services was outstanding from start to finish. Our first estimate was provided by a local big box store. They provided a measure (for $35) that was 225 square feet over my measure. I’m no professional in this area and I know there must be an allowance for waste but that was excessive and would have added additional unnecessary costs for our project. We found Expert Flooring on an internet search and made an office visit. Mari was extremely helpful answering our questions, helping us select a quality carpet and pad at a reasonable price and scheduling Gilbert to provide a (free) measure and estimate. Gilbert arrived on time, measured our carpet, and presented a diagram with his measurements. His measure was much closer to mine. Gilbert’s presentation on carpet characteristics, quality and performance was professional and indicative of his many years in the flooring business. Hiring Expert Flooring was a no brainer for us. The carpet was ordered and arrived in time to meet our scheduled installation date. The installers arrived a few minutes early and were friendly, hard –working professionals. The carpet looks and feels great and we are happy and very satisfied with our decision to go with Expert Flooring Services. Gilbert and Mari made a visit to our home during the installation. Their involvement throughout the entire process was impressive. If you have flooring needs, I recommend you obtain an estimate from Expert Flooring after your other estimates.
