My first experience with this company. Met with the owner, spoke with his mother who is on the other side of the phone. So friendly and accommodating. The guys that came to put in my new air-conditioning unit were professional and nice. The job turned out to be bigger then expected, though there were no additional fees added! These guys are so on the up and up Im spreading the word! Ran into too many that are rip offs. So happy to have found this company!

Nancy provided top-notch customer service, understanding the importance and urgency of our situation. They were able to dispatch an HVAC tech the same day to conduct an inspection. Jessie, the technician, provided honest, critical feedback in regards to our system. Very pleased with the level of customer service and expertise showed by this company.

[redacted] showed up on time and provided an estimate on the spot. He and his crew returned on the agreed date, a little later than planned but they called to let me know! They listened to my concerns, showed me what they were doing, and fixed the problems with my ductwork. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, fixed my ducts and airflow problems. [redacted] and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with. ExpertHVAC has a permanent spot on my list of approved contractors!
