Review: Mr. [redacted], Senior Engineer at Expert Innovative Professionals came to fix the computer with an issue of crashing hard drive promising to get it back to work and after calling him so many times he stated that he dictated one of his computer server on fixing the computer.
Back and forth for a whole week with calling and E-mails, he brought the computer back still not working after he took a check #[redacted]of the amount of $1,027.27
On 07/14/2014 saying that he had to leave and he has no time to make sure everything is back to normal.
He left with the check and I checked the computer but nothing is working and it took me a long time to search and fix some of the problems till I got it somehow in a working condition not like before but it's working.
He did open the case and disconnected one of the hard drivers but he didn't even clean it from the dust which is inside.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back!
