I had Chris come by to give me an estimate for adding insulation to my home. I just purchased the house and was told my the inspectors that insulation was needed.

Chris took me through the different options and gave me a fair quote (I had 2 other quotes).

After adding the insulation, I noticed that snow was melting on the roof over my garage faster than my neighbours (I put in a garage heater). Chris was able to help with this by adding a vent in my garage roof to allow the warm air to escape. He also fixed up my leaking eavestroughs by adding a few new downspouts and re-sealing the leaking areas.

I have since sent Chris to my brother's house to check his insulation (Chris told him more insulation was not needed) and to my neighbour.

The work completed on my house was done on time, on budget and he and his workers were clean and friendly. Highly recommended.

I just had my attic and garage insulation upgraded to R60. I checked out companies on the Revdex.com web site where I found Expert Insulation Contracting Ltd. with an A+ rating and they give free estimates. I contacted Chris, the owner, and we made arrangements for Adam to come out and do an inspection and take pictures. Adam was very professional and courteous and he answered all of my questions. Chris gave me a quote the next day and it was much lower than I had expected. We made arrangements for the work to be done and the crew arrived promptly. They were very respectful of my house. They laid tarps on the floors, put edge guards on railing corners and wall corners to protect them from the installation hose and were very careful not to damage anything while they did their work. When they had finished upgrading the insulation they had me take a look at it and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Then they did a thorough clean up of the areas. I am greatly impressed with this company's workmanship, professionalism and excellent customer service, and I don't impress easily. Professional, Prompt and Polite - Great Service at a reasonable price - Quick turnaround between inspection, quote and getting the job done. What more could you ask for? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring insulation.

Excellent service! Not only was the work done within days of my initial call to the company, but they travelled out of their normal service area to get it done. Great rates and very careful and efficient workers did the job.

Chris and his team were easy to work with and answered all of our questions. They showed up on time, finished the job quickly after showing us exactly what had been done, and then cleaned up after themselves. It was very easy to have them in and we're glad to have used them.

Chris's team was at my house today to remove toxic insulation and replace it with new. If I hadn't been home, I wouldn't have known anyone had been here...they completely cleaned up after themselves. The guys were very polite and informative. Chris is wonderful to deal with. He's extremely prompt in returning calls and emails. Great experience and I would recommend this company to my family...that's how good they were.

Chris was great to deal with from the beginning. We weren't sure if adding insulation to our attic was the solution to our problem, Chris listened, asked some questions, sent someone to take a look at our attic and then advised us on the best course of action. Work was completed quickly, on the set schedule and was done neatly!

Expert Insulation topped up our attic insulation and installed a new bathroom fan vent. Chris was very professional and took time to explain the benefits of topping up the attic. The estimate was clear and price was reasonable. Chris did an excellent job of communicating with us by text for scheduling the job, answering questions and updating us on timing of their arrival. Chris and two of his team members did the job efficiently while taking care to ensure our house was clean after the work was done.

Expert Insulation Contracting's provides exceptional customer service. Unfortunately the voicemail was full, but I was texted back a message within 5 minutes asking "how can I assist you". I was extremely pleasantly surprised. Chris had a cancellation so the insulation of the attic started 3 days later. The crew was very pleasant and respectful plus cleaned up behind them. Chris ensured I looked in the attic and there were no concerns. I am very happy with Expert Insulation Contracting.
