Somehow charged my card without ever having contact with this company. A quick Google search showed that they are scammers. Don't bother calling them, just dispute with your credit card company.

There are good psychic at Psychic Source but management cares about one thing only - PROFIT

Review: On 09/19/2014, I saw on my bill that there was a charge from a company by the name of Expert Link, that had made an unauthorized charge on my card, without my consent, and I never did give them my card number. The charge was made on Aug 20, 2014 in the amount of 100.00. I called the company and explained to them that I did not make the charge, or purchase any service from them. The company refused to credit the refund back into my card. I also explained to the rep, that it was a fradulant charge, that someone had made, without my consent. they stated that they will complete their investigation in 24-48 hrs, but I never did hear back from the company. Which is a scam company. The information that the company had on file, did not match the information on my card statement. So I decided to file a complaint. Whenever the information, especially pertaining to residence, if both sides of the information is not matched, then it is considered a fraud charge. So I decided to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: refund of 100.00
