shop running perfect. You called me a month later stating your car did not run. The vehicle was towed in needing an ignition switch assembly. The vehicle would run if key had slight pressure, which had nothing to do with the work I did on the timing belt. Furthermore when I called your daughter, I told her it was nothing we did, she authorized me to diagnose the vehicle. I will apply the $75.00 to the ignition switch assembly repair. Your vehicle is 25 years old. There will continue to be parts failing on your vehicle as a result of age and wear and tear. Anything related to repairs I performed is covered by a 2 Year / 24,000 Mile Nation Wide Warranty. As far as me acting aggressively, I was defending Sam, a mechanic who has a weak heart, who happened to be recovering from a recent heart surgery, when a small sized, self proclaimed biker gentleman, threatened to beat his head in.

It's obvious that this issue will go nowhere with the constant he said she said. Our vehicle is old but has had great maintenance up until we took it to your shop. We have not been able to drive our car since May when you first touched it. I do not want a credit of $75 as I do not want to take my car back to you. The $75 was charged last minute after the $110 was charged for a diagnosis that I never approved and had no knowledge I had an outstanding bill. Again, I believe this will go nowhere and all we want is our $75 back, no credit for work done, we want our $75 cash that Rich made us pay last minute.
