Review: My office ordered reverse mortgage transfer leads from Expert Lead Source. Before ordering, [redacted] was extremely helpful and always returned calls and emails. We paid in advance for our order of 30 lead transfers in the amount of $2,100. We did in fact receive 4 transfers at the beginning of the following week. But the leads did not match our specific filter requirements. After bringing this to his attention the trouble started. He kept making excuses that people where not responding to his mailers, he's sick, he's busy, he was out of town etc. 30 days later and I still had not received a single transfer after the initial 4 that did not meet our agreed upon filters. My corporate office then got involved and contacted him. He told them that he was working on fixing the issue. That very same day we got one transfer finally. After speaking to the customer for 20 minutes they broke down and said they needed to admit something. They then told me that the individual who transferred him to me asked him to lie about his details. He was coached to tell me that they had equity...and if he did this that they would give him a lower rate?? The customer told me I was a nice guy so he didn't want to mislead me anymore. I was blown away and called my corporate office right away to report this. [redacted] has since stopped returning calls, and no one at his company will ever answer the phone. Do NOT use him, or his company-it is a scam. A real scam, you will not get what you ordered. They will not fulfill your order, or even speak to you again about it. Stay away from [redacted] or anyone else from Expert Lead Source.Desired Settlement: A refund of my $2,100 for failure to provide and service and fraudulent representation.

Review: On October 15, 2013 I was contacted by [redacted] of Expert Lead Source. [redacted] was selling live transfer leads with filters, that could breakdown the quality of the call to include people that have been pre-qualified for the HARP refinance program, as well as set the credit score and several other filters. Once I showed interest, Don continued calling me (often leaving messages on a speaker phone that were very hard to understand) each day. I have the email correspondence showing that he was consistently reaching out to me asking me what filters I wanted on our leads and telling me that he could deliver my exact parameter of lead as soon as I sign up. [redacted] said that his minimum order was 20 leads at $75/each but he was authorized to drop it to 20 leads. I spoke to [redacted] again on October 22nd and told him I was not interested unless he could do only 10 loans at a total cost of $750. He called me back and said he could do it, but only because I was going to be so happy with these leads that I would come back for more. [redacted] explained that they accept checks but would wait for the check to clear and he was anxious to get me set up and asked me to wire the money to them. I wired the money and was immediately concerened when I didnt hear back for two days. I called Don and his attitude was completely different, saying that they were backed up & someone would be calling me to set up my lead platform shortly. The next day I still had not heard from anyone so I called the main number and all the extensions said they were busy or went to [redacted] phone. Since this happened, we have received 4 calls, all of which were not pre-screened and in once case the customer told us that the telemarketer had told him to tell us he was HARP qualified. In another instance the customer said that he was told we were offering rates at 2.5% which is completely untrue. I am so disgusted with this company and now [redacted] will not take my calls and we have not received any other leads in 2 weeks.Desired Settlement: In good faith I wired Expert Lead Source $750 and would like a full refund of my money. I am prepared to go to small claims court as well as call the Delaware Mortgage Association to flag this company, as well as call the states attorney if they do not repsond with a refund. The leads are not worth anything. This is willful fraud and false advertising and companies like Expert Lead Source prey on unsuspecting companies offering them a service they know they cannot fulfill.
