I knew I had mice issues because my cat caught 2. This company came out and looked in attic and set bate down. Was still hearing things in my attic. They came back out and said I have flying squirrels without actually seeing one. Said they thought that bc burrow hole size in attic and bc noise I described. They set traps . Traps in attic for 3 weeks and didn’t catch anything but one mouse. They charged me total 700. I was still hearing noise in attic. They sealed up holes in attic. HOA maintenance of my condo went on roof and repaired every hole this pest control company recommended and HOA repaired another area in attic that this pest control company recommended. Assistant manager was sent with another employee of this company to look and he said he seen droppings that were larger then mouse and took a picture of droppings then showed a picture of fruit / nut that he said was evidence of flying squirrel. None of them have actually seen any rodents in attic except one dead mouse that was caught in trap. I called again to ask next step and was told she wanted to speak to manager and would get back to me and they never did. I am upset I was charged 700.00 to catch one mouse. Still having issues and now I’m getting second opinion.

The customer called Expert on 6/10/20 with concerns regarding her service and asked for a manager to return her call. On the same day Expert called the customer, then scheduled an appointment the next day for our service manager to go out and rectify the customer concerns. As of 6/11/20 our service Manager addressed the customer concerns and the customer was satisfied. On 6/12/20 Expert received the notification that the customer submitted a complaint, and as of 6/12/20 until current the customer has not returned Experts call to re-confirm that her concerns were taken care of.Sincerely,Expert Pest Management

When I called on June 8th about the pest problem, I was told I would get a call the same day and they would leave a message. Two days later I get a text from the manager *** that they would be at my location the next day but I didn't have to be home. I assumed they were going to look on the outside perimeter. However, when they arrived they knocked on my door requesting to look in the attic again. I let them in to look in the attic. They left. I never said I was satisfied with anything they did so I don't know how they are saying I was satisfied, The only words I had with them was when I asked if they seen anything and they said no.No I am not satisfied. I would still like to know why I was charged 500 for flying squirrels that were never seen or caught! The only thing they caught was one mouse in a trap in the attic and the traps were up there for 3 weeks! I was also charged a mouse fee of almost 200 which I am ok with that because that is all they caught anyways. Then to make all of this even better, they send me out a bill for 55.00 for a missed service fee after the manager waived the fee because I was upset at them charging 500 flying squirrel fee that was never seen or caught. I spoke with *** from billing a couple of days ago and she waived that fee. I appreciate *** help . However, I still think I am owed some money for that ridiculous charge without solid evidence. I would also like to add that my neighbor had issues with noise that she thought was coming from her attic and it ended up being raccoon running on top of the roof that did some damage to the roof but never got inside her attic but said it sounded like a stampede going on in her attic. So until I see some dead or alive squirrel in my attic I want a refund for the flying squirrel fee!
