I was charged over $for a part that sells retail for $I would never use this business again

I was assigned this company per my Warranty company and I was shocked by the attitude that I experienced from ***The company was slotted to be there between 9am and 12pmAt pm I call and speak to *** and ask him why hasn't the tech showed upI was advised that the tech had just called minutes earlier stating that he wasn't able to get ahold of meI disagreed and advised that I was showing no calls on my company phone that one had been received*** would reach out to his tech and see when the tech could come backI was clearly unhappy that I was going to have to wait again and voiced those feelings*** promptly called me back and advised that they did not want to do business with me and to find another companyI hadn't yelled or cursed at them and this was how they dealt with an unhappy customer? Horrible horrible service

The cooling unit stopped working on a 95-degree weekend. Mr. [redacted] was at our house within two hours, even though it was a Sunday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to make the repair right away. He was pleasant, competent, and professional. The price was a bit high, but it was Sunday morning.

I was getting only promises that they will come and do the job, and than excuses for not returning the phone calls and not be able to come when promised. No more any business with liars. Did go to get another company to do the job.

I was charged over $200.00 for a part that sells retail for $16.99. I would never use this business again.
