April 12, [redacted] has never been a long time (years customer it was her very first time dropping off Friday April 1, at 2:p.mAll of our customers are in our computer system which has been in place for over yearsShe was never in our system so Tina added her as a new customerWhen she came in the store she was rude and seemed very distressedShe put her pairs of shoes on the counter and demanded for them to be done in day, Our policy is Week for repairsTina (Store Clerk) told [redacted] she can't have them done in a day but Tina did ask the repair team can they have them ready by Monday April 4, and they agreedpick up time is after 3pm as it states on all receipts, Friday's are very busy for our store so it was no way she could get her shoes back in dayHowever, [redacted] then became very aggressive toward Tina because she couldn't get her shoes in day.Tina took in pair of shoes that had very bad worn down damaged heelsShe paid $for the [redacted] Fabric, Orange [redacted] which was much worn badly and Red [redacted] pumps that had scuff and stain on themAlso pair of low cut boots (black and brown the soles were falling off both pairTina marked the soles with red tape so the repairman would know where to glue the soles [redacted] paid only $for each pair to be repaired and polishedShe also had a brown pair of heels which was broken off needed heels she paid $for those because they was damaged from the start [redacted] paid a total of $89,for her repairs[redacted] then called the store around 1:00pm Monday April 4, asking if her shoes were doneShe was told only pair was done then we noticed all of her shoes were doneEach pair of shoes has its own ticket and we have over finished shoes on the ready shelves to be input racked in computer to send customers email that their repairs are doneHowever [redacted] was very aggressive and rushing us to repair her shoes [redacted] had her ticket for pick up and as it stated on her ticket her repairs would be ready for pick after 3pm Monday April 4, [redacted] came to the store at 1:44pm to pick up her shoes which were already bagged for pick upfina removed the repair tickets like we do for all customers and handed her the bagNote: we don't not open bags for people if they want to see their repairs they open them on their own [redacted] seem upset again and aggressive she moves her bag to the chair in the store and opened itTina then asked her was she ok did she need anything elseAt this time the store had other customers in the store [redacted] and the repairman (Joe) where talking about her brown shoesThen [redacted] raised her voice and made a big sceneShe screamed and yelled "you broke my heels' and then back and forth insulting Conversation went on for about minutes[redacted] wasn't nice with her words she just kept on accusing the repairman of broken her heelsShe never gave him a chance to even touch or fix the shoe for herShe left out the store and came back 3Received: Apr 08:24am Apr 07:21a p.3timesPlease understand if we broke a heel or make any mistake on a shoe or any item for repair we will fit it or replace it not cover it up in no wayOur customers bring us very expense shoe's like [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***, [redacted] , [redacted] just to: name a few [redacted] shoe was a very old brown shoe with cracked heel that was falling off mostly not worth $and she only paid $to have it repairedIt shows ignorance and unprofessionalism on her behave to make a scene and didn't want to have the repairman look at the problem to see if we could help her and fix itIn this business we know we can't please everyone but we never had an unsatisfied customers like her in over years in business.We will refund [redacted] $for her brown heels in question [redacted] 's shoes weren't worth $those brown shoes was so much worn heel damaged before we repaired themMrA [redacted] has agreed to refund [redacted] for the heel repair on the brown shoe which was $If she has the receipt she should see that she paid $for that repair as stated in description on her receiptAlso pick up time was after 3pm Monday April 4, normally repairs take week and we gave her special service with turnaround time in daysSo let us know where to mail the check for $
