Review: On August 29, 2014 at 9:12 a.m., I placed an order (#[redacted]) for 3 boxes of Ultra Stretch Vinyl Gloves totaling $26.97. My paypal account was immediately charge. I have sent numerous emails regarding my order and have attempted to call the customer service number, but no one ever answers the phone.

I had ordered from this company 3 other times in the past and never had any issues until now. I'm starting to wonder what happened to this company? Does the company still exist? Taking payment without fulfilling the order is THEFT!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to either have my order shipped IMMEDIATELY or a refund issued IMMEDIATELY.

Review: On December 23, 2013, I placed an order for a set of towels. The order was fulfilled and I received them; however, they are too large and a little too thin so I wanted to return them. Hospital Experts' company return policy states that a Return Authorization "RA" number is required to return the towels. I called and left multiple message requesting the "RA" and sent multiple emails; however, only one person, [redacted], responded and claimed that they were "waiting for the return department" to get back to me. After calling and emailing at least every other day for 30 days, I am now outside the date of the return policy and am stuck with these towels which I don't want.

It is clear that the company intentionally ignored my requests for the RA number in order to deny my return request. I still have the unused towels and want to return them and receive a refund of $229. In essence, they played a game by playing stupid / incompetent in order to steal my money and deny my return -- therefore violating their own return policy.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the RA number, return the towels, and receive a refund of $229 for them.

Review: We ordered a product from this company and have a few questions, we have been trying for 3 weeks now to get in touch with someone at the business but can not get anyone. We have tried to call, leave messages, and even emailed them and can not get any answers. All I ask is that they return our call. The product is for my father inlaw who uses it to prevent blood clots due to being confined to a wheelchair/hospital bed. It is important that he has this and pretty rediculous that he is having to go without it due to a simple phone call or email that the company will not return.Desired Settlement: I would like either a replacement for the product or a refund so that I can buy him another product from a better company.

Thank you for the update. I apologize for the confusion on the return of this product. We have been dealing with another customer with a similar issues and confused the two POs.

We now have both returns on record and have attempted to contact the customer "[redacted] and ###-###-#### regarding this return/exchange. The product has a one year warranty and the order was placed on 10/30/2012 therefore the item is still under warranty. We would be happy to exchange or return the product for the customer. We will just need the serial number off the of the item to set up the return/exchange with the manufacturer.

Review: Purchased 2 dozen sheets paid $[redacted] on May 5, 2014 their Order# [redacted] Never received the product. I have emailed their customer care and called all numbers I could find however they have never responded back.Desired Settlement: I would expect a full refund of our order.

Review: I have order circumcision kits from this business for several years. Only once before was there a delay, which they rectified immediately with a phone call. I placed my most recent order with them on June 26th. My credit card was charged via PayPal. After two weeks I began calling them. I have submitted two emails as per their telephone message, but cannot get through to a person. I am now without supplies and my business is suffering.Desired Settlement: As I have already paid, I would like to receive my order ASAP.

Review: I have used this vendor to place 2 orders in the past 4 years. Each time, delivery was extremely slow past the expected shipping date/arrival. Repeated phone calls received the same response of my item being on back-order. However, the product eventually arrived.

On May 14, 2014, I placed an additional order on behalf of my employer. (As it turns out, on May 15th this Company charged our credit card the full amount). The expected shipping date was promised in thee weeks time which would be around the 1st week of June. The order did not arrive and I started trying to phone to get a status update. No one ever answers the phone! You are directed to an email address to inquire about existing orders. I have emailed them repeatedly without response of any kind. I have used their fax number to send them inquiries regarding my order with no response. I have left multiple voice messages asking for information about where this product is. I did speak with our credit card company yesterday, July 1, 2014, and they are working on getting us a refund, even though we are much more interested in having the product than the money returned. They act like a company that is in the process of going out of business, because they have no contact with their customers at all except to collect money for orders.Desired Settlement: I would be happy to walk away from this company all together, except I am trying to match identical cubicle curtains for our Surgery Center with existing ones and this is the only vendor I have found so far. Again, I am interested in expedited delivery of my order.

Review: An order was placed on May 28, 2014 for qty 2 GB-002 Double Box Metal Glove Dispensers for a total order amount of $79.98. An email was received that same day (May 28) which listed the order status as "Approved, Pending Shipping", and a credit card charge was made in the amount of $79.98. Multiple calls to all listed business phone numbers and email addresses over the previous 7 weeks resulted in no response.Desired Settlement: Please deliver the requested products.

Review: I ordered a product from this company on April 17th, 2014 and noted the 3 week lead time for delivery, as it was clearly stated on the website. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order. I received an e-mail a couple days later stating the material was on backorder and that my product would take 1 additional week to reach my doorstep. I was fine with the 4 week lead time since I was made aware of the backorder. It is now into the 6th week and I have still not received my item. I have left several messages, sent numerous e-mail to both info@curtain expertshops.com and [email protected] and none of my attempts to reach this company have been acknowledged. I no longer wish to receive the item (if it will ever make its way to me) and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service, if you can even call taking people's money and not shipping them their product or responding to their contact attempts "customer service".Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded for the full amount. I've already ordered and received a similar product from a competitor. And it took less than a week!

Review: In March 2014 we placed and paid for an order totaling $5,893.18 with this company. By the end of April we received about $1000 worth of the product we ordered. May 1 we were told the entire rest of our order was preparing to ship. We were given an excuse about moving to larger offices and a tracking number for the portion of the order we had already received. On May 28th, after receiving no more of our order, we sent an email requesting our order be cancelled and threatening to file fraud complaints. We received an email back saying our order was canceled. As of June 19, 2014 we have received NO REFUND. Starting about 2 weeks after placing the order, after receiving no indication that our order shipped, we have called and emailed this company repeatedly through the week, every week. We have NEVER spoken to anyone on the phone and, despite all the emails to both addresses, we have received a total of 2 emails in response in all 3 months.Desired Settlement: We no longer need the product, having ordered straight form the manufacturer. Review: On September 30, 2013 I ordered 1 case of washcloths (Item # [redacted])and 7 cases of toothbrushes (Item # [redacted]) from the online website [redacted], otherwise known as Expert Shops LLC.

According to my online account the order is "approved pending shipping" Last week (Monday?) I received first the case of washcloths, and then later in the week (Wed?) I received, 1 case of toothbrushes. Figuring the other 6 cases were coming separate I expected to see them the following day. Shipping was 7-10 business days so gave them until Friday, I called Friday twice and never got a hold of a live person even though I left a message. Sunday evening I emailed their customer service department, no response on Monday. Monday I called and left a message and I left a message on their online contact system. Tuesday I sent another message via their online contact system AND called and left a message. You never get to a live person no matter when you call. It's "our business hours are such and such if you are receiving this message during those hours we are helping other customers, if this is concerning an order please email us (which I did twice) all other issues please leave a message (which I also did twice)."

I opened the case of toothbrushes and found out inside this case were 7 small boxes of toothbrushes. (Item # [redacted]) So someone mis read my order giving me 7 of the small boxes vs. the 7 cases of toothbrushes I ordered and PAID FOR. As of right now I paid $104 and only have 168 toothbrushes to show for it vs the 1008 I am suppose to have.

This order is for a charity project and I need the items by Friday (October 18th) or I need to order more toothbrushes from somewhere else. I don't want to be out the $104 that was already paid for the toothbrushes I need. "Desired Settlement: Each case of toothbrushes has 144 in it. I would like to receive the additional 6 cases I am suppose to get. That would mean I have 1 extra box of 24, I would need a return authorization for that small box of 24. This would give me the number of toothbrushes I paid for. Our event is coming up quickly and I need these supplies, so I would like know what is happening with this by Friday (October 18, 2013) at the latest. If this isn't possible I would like a return authorization for the case (box) of toothbrushes I have already received and would like a full refund for this item so I may purchase from another company.

Hello,

I apologize for the error. The manufacturer updated item numbers and quantities of the products and it was not updated on our site. When we forwarded the customers order to the warehouse the incorrect product was shipped out due to the change. The customer was expecting 1,008 toothbrushes and only 168 were sent to them.

We have ordered an additional 6 cases of 144 toothbrushes under the new item number for the customer so the total of toothbrushes they will receive is 1,032. We are currently waiting on the tracking details from the warehouse to send to the customer. We should have tracking for the additional 6 cases by the end of the day tomorrow and we expect the order to be delivered early next week.

Review: I ordered an item for $102.79 on 5/25/2014 and on this date of 8/17/2014, I still not have received my item.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund of the item I purchased since it has not arrived. I do not wish to receive the item any more since it is so late. A full refund is the only desired outcome.

Review: I ordered 6 wire glove dispensers for my plant on May 22nd 2013, paying for 3-5 business day express delivery, in preparation for an audit our plant was to undergo. Total cost of the order was $244.39. As of June 6, 2013 I have not received the products. I have made repeated attempts to contact customer service in an endeavor to receive a refund for the billed products and delivery costs, but to no avail. I have made several calls to customer service as well as an e-mail request, all of which went unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would request that Expert Shops LLC, doing business as [redacted], immediately refund the amount billed to our credit card which includes the cost of the product as well as the cost of express shipping.

The dispensers the customer has ordered are on backorder until the 21st of June. We notified the customer of the delay and offered a refund or a free upgrade to a similar product that is in stock. Through emails the customer opted to have the order upgraded to the product that is in stock. The revised order is scheduled to ship tomorrow via UPS and we notified the customer of the shipment date. We will contact the customer to see if they have changed their mind and would like a refund. -- Expert Shops

Review: Ordered $192.87 of product from site. Receipt claimed card would be charged pending shipment. Card charged without any shipment. Needed to threaten canceling order to get a response. Said it was back-ordered, would be delivered in 2 weeks. Nothing received so again, needed to be threatened with canceling order as well as reporting fraud before getting response. Have not received credit to account for order that was never delivered.Desired Settlement: I do not think this is a legitimate business and would like them to be investigated.

But to my dismay, it was only Item#2, which was the hospital bed sheets. I did not received the hospital blankets. I emailed [redacted] but until this time she has not gotten back to me. I need the item to come in the soonest possible time or I want a total amount refunded back to me.Desired Settlement: They can send the item to me ASAP otherwise, I need my money back .
