to bring this to your attention that when we sell the security to the customer the security gets the security activated but on a temporary basis. Once we receive the payment there is transaction Id generated,which we use to activate the security,which will remain active on the customer computer till its Tenure. This Transaction Id is unique for every security package, in case of Mr.[redacted] we received the check but in order to activate it we were waiting for the check to be cleared so it can generate a Transaction ID which will be used to activate the services. In the Complaint the customer has mentioned that the Representative Mark W[redacted] have promised a refund to be sent  on 12th of OCTOBER 2016 but we received the check late and the check was cleared on the 14th of October and that was the delay for the Refund and then it was Saturday(10/15/16) and Sunday(10/16/16) and bank do not work on Weekends. I Still apologies for the inconvenience caused but we have already Mailed the check out today. I apologies to the customer also for not getting the refund on the given date and time, but there are certain things which are not in our control like the U.S mail due which we received the check late it got cashed late and the refund was disbursed late. We plea to the Revdex.com and the customer to understand our situation and corporate with us and as we stick to our promise made to the customer we hope you understand that he has got what he was promised and will close the complaint once he get the refund.
