Never picked up my car, didn't tell me, lied and said they called me 3X and I didn't answer. There were no missed calls, I answered all the calls because I was waiting for my service advisor to call about the car.
Lie #1
They were asked to pick my key up from dealership, then get the car and tow back to dealorship. They called and said they'd have to call my roadside assistance company to make sure they'll pay for picking up my key and he would call me back. He never called and the next call I received was a vehicle location call from the driver. I verified where the car was.
I would think any intelligent person would assume my roadside approved my "additional stop".
Turns out they didn't tow the car because there was no key.
They also said they knew nothing about getting the key from the dealorship.
Lie #2
They denied speaking with me at all about the car, key p/u, greeting approval for extra trip.
Lie #3
When I tried to expflain my conversation about the tow, key pick up and speaking with them, the driver talked over me, then hung up on me! my expierence with this company Is, they lie, they're rude and unreliable. Thanks for reading.
