I am rejecting this response because: I just barely got the emails I still want to proceed he is not telling you guys the truth I have multiple witnesses
From day one *** *** was advised that we were very busy with other work and it will be awhile. MrGutierrez stated that he was not in a hurry(written on invoice #***Customer initially was looking for a used transmission (months warranty)then decided on a rebuilt
transmission( months warranty).We never heard from *** *** having any issues with the transmission until he called us letting us know that he towed his vehicle to a different shop.We services this vehicle in a timely mannerThere was a question of warranty because the costumer took the vehicle to a different shop when it had issues with our work but we honored the warranty anyways.Customer is misrepresenting the amount they paid us.We received (Written invoice #**)cashier check $-7/21/16Cashier check $-8/16/16Check # *** $ -8/16/16Total paid $(invoice #1A)We never received any type of payment for $like *** *** stated on her complaint.We never stated that they should take the vehicle anywhere else if it broke downWe did stated that they should bring it back immediately to us "Xpert Auto Repair" if it was any issues with the transmission.We did suggested to have further inspection of electrical system at the dealer(Invoice #**)At no time did we ever take any longer then necessary to make each repair.At no point did we toy with costumer or retaliated against them by taking longer to make each repairsWe treat every costumer with gratitude and respect.*** ***I will also attach in a separate email copy of all the invoices.If you have any questions or concerns please call me.*** ***

Response:This individual has made a fraudulent complaint against my shop. There is not a single word of true of anything she claims. I filed a police report with Sacto County Sheriff Dept for vandalism and trespassing against individual. Police report number # 2016-8011284
