Review: I signed up for the premium version of the service for several months and never received any alert emails (never ever, not even a single one). I believe the services does not actually work or is extremely limited to a very narrow subset of airlines and fare types such that it doesn't really work at all.Desired Settlement: Refund the amount paid for services that were never provided. Fix the bugs in the service so it actually works.

Response:

The complaint contacted us via support email and we explained to him that there is no issue as no where do we advertise support for the airline/function requested. In fact, we specifically note on our website that the airline wasn't supported for the requested function. When he contacted us on September [redacted] this was explained to him, twice, and as a courtesy his current month of service was fully refunded that day.

However despite already receiving a full refund, this person decided to issue a dispute with [redacted]s for the already refunded charge on Sept [redacted], not to mention this Revdex.com complaint. This matter is now clearly closed, again.
