Expert Weavers

Work was done on an item without authorization[redacted] of the [redacted] took numerous items over to Expert Weavers to have them provide a estimate for cost of repairs if they could be done on some textiles.We called after a few weeks, and [redacted] said she was still working on pricing.Finally, in the beginning of July, we called again, and nothing more had been done. She still had no pricing for us. So we went to pick up the items and she said we owed $60.00 for work that had been done on one jacket. We reminded her we had never given her authorization to repair any items until an estimate had been provided. [redacted] spoke with her on the phone while an employee of ours was there. She said she would go ahead and release the items and she would send the beads back. Well, [redacted] did not give the item. So, on July 11th, 2013. [redacted] went in and paid the $60.00 to close out the situation. She would not let it go. Expert Weavers had no verbal or written authorization to do any actual repairs on any items. Expert Weavers was to provide an estimate and then we would have decided on what to proceed with.Desired SettlementRefund the $60.00. Item not even completed and never was authorized.
