This is my response: (1) March 4,2015 ,in regards to: Mr. [redacted]. He claims I had been to many various mechanic shops. Can he provide the names? Plus: That is a definitive response with out supporting evidence. When I left : [redacted] , I used the [redacted] In Covina. It was because they wanted to sell me a windshield wiper motor and lied about when my parts would come in. So a lady provided me with : Expertech's name. She said they were honest and trustworthy mechanics . Plus: Endorsed by : [redacted]. At first they fixed a few items. Then : [redacted] ,purchased a transmission from: [redacted]. I sent the transmission to : ExpertecAutomotive. [redacted] ,service consultant stated it was a six hour job. March 4,2015. I was there from the morning to close of business. They had plenty of time to remove a transmission and reinstall one. So the first misleading information is : I had been to many shops and they refused to work on my car. Name them that refused: [redacted] ??? (2)Next: I was there from the morning until close of business . Why???? 9 am to 3pm. This is six hours. Why did I receive my car at the end of the day???? Next why was it with excessive vibration ???? (3) The web site has it listed under :( COURTESY INSPECTION). What was the :( MOTIVE AND INTENT ) for leaving my car with only:( TWO QUARTS OF OIL ).Time of discovery: Calif. Gov. Code:911.23 and 911.64. Plus: Under new evidence: Calif . Government Codes:3300 and 3313. They do : ( ENGINE REBUILDING )and I question? What was the hidden agenda??? Was it to willfully and deliberately cause damage to my : ( Rod bearings, main bearings ,and cam shaft bearings )??? According to : [redacted] ,they discovered my : 1998 Kia Sephia L.S. My car with a :( FOUR CYLINDER ENGINE ONLY : Had ( 2 quarts of oil ). For their web site to post they do a courtesy inspection and they were the very last to do the oil change this is : Willful and intentional neglect. California Labor Code:2924. For an act to be an act ,the act must be proven to be willful ,deliberate ,with motive and intent. Question what was the hidden motive and intent??? Its obvious at: $107.45 an hour. To deliberately turn a blind eye on my oil level to cause engine damage. Now after earning my trust , in hopes I would come begging them to rebuild my engine. Think of how much money the : Commission mechanics would make? To nip it in the bud: Are any of the mechanics willing to volunteer for the following test: (1) http://www.no.lie.m.r.i.com While being filmed on: ( You Tube)??? First question ??? Have you as a mechanic of : EXPERTEC AUTOMOTIVE ever ,fixed anything of any customer and willfully and deliberately damaged any customer's car to get more work??? As the customer is : SITTING HELPLESS IN THE LOBBY??? With out any cameras???? (2) California Evidence Code:801.70 Sodium pentothal the lie truth serum. Admissible in a court of law. Why it past the Kelly Frye Rule of scientific evidence. Would : Gary service consultant ,[redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] Danessharaske ,plus all the mechanics : Salary ,hourly and commission volunteer to be properly injected according to body weight while being filmed to be posted for: ( YOU TUBE )???? Strictly on a volunteer basis? First : Question have any of you at any time given permission or have any knowledge of any mechanics that have worked here and ever worked on the :W-2 form that willfully and deliberately ever fixed any portion of any customer's car then deliberately with motive and intent deliberately damaged any other part of a customer's car? With the hidden motive and intent of damaging other parts of any customer's car to get more work???? To make more money off of a customer?? Question? Does not : EXPERTEC AUTOMOTIVE HAVE: Commission mechanics? Answer is: YES. How to they get paid? PIECE WORK. NEXT: (3) California Evidence Code: Section:795. Hypnosis. This also past the Kelly Frye Rule of : Scientific Evidence. Would any of the employees volunteer to be filmed to be posted for : You Tube. This is not a violation of the : Polygraph Protection Act. It only shows a : ( REASONABLE DOUBT )By refusing to do the requested tests. Continuing: (1) Not only was the car discovered to be at only : (2 quarts of oil by [redacted] of ,Huntington Beach. (2) The exhaust flange or exhaust pipe to the front catalytic converter had a broken stud . This was a major contributing factor in not only the exhaust leak but in causation of vibration . (3) Next: I never received the axle of the front passenger side. The receipt says new. I never asked any mechanic here to reuse any part. Is this :( FRAUAD ) ??? (4) The fan wires were found and discovered post the transmission instillation . Fixed by a car electrician. (5) Will soon investigate why the car is having excessive vibration. I replaced the brakes and struts at: [redacted]. 2013. Why all these post problems . Why did it take until the end of the day to get my car???? NOTE: IT DOES NOT BOTHER ME IF: THE BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR CLOSED THE CASE.MAYBE SOME ONE IS ON THE PAY ROLL> THE BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR IN IRVINE IS BELIEVED TO BE RECEIVING: ( MEMBER SHIP FEES)>WHEN A MECHANIC HAS IT POSTED ON THEIR WEB SIT WILL CHECK OIL LEVELS UNDER COURTESY INSPECTIONS AND THEY [redacted]"T IS THIS A BREACH OF CONTRACT??? CALIF. CIVIL .CODE: 3300-3400?????? OR FALSE ADVERTISING????????? NEXT: TO USE THE SHIFTING TECHNIQUE AS FAR AS WHERE A CUSTOMER SLEEPS IS IRRELAVANT. JESUS CHRIST SAID," FOXES HAVE HOLES AND BIRDS HAVE NESTS BUT THE SON OF MAN HAD NO WHERE TO LAY HIS HEAD". SO JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR THE SINS OF THE WORLD.HIS DEATH, CRUSIFICTION , AND RESURECTION STILL HAS : ( RELAVANCE TO THIS VERY DAY ). So it is ludicrous to even mention where a customer resides as a excuse of willful intentional neglect. NOTE: AS FAR AS THE BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR AND [redacted] CLOSING THE CASE: I still have radio stations ,tabloids , and the : ( ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE ).This permission given mechanic license holder needs to be written up. SO THEY WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE MISTREATING ANY OTHER CUSTOMER.BY USING SILENCE OF AN ENTITY BASED ON TIME OF DISCOVERY.CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODES:911.23 and 911.64. THEN WE HAVE: CALIFORNIA PENAL CODE:26. UNDER HONEST MISTAKE . NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OF EXPERTEC AUTOMOTIVE QUALIFY .SO PLEASE JUST WRITE THEM UP.

HiDealing with [redacted] poses many challenges.[redacted] had been to many shops and did not find a shop willing to work on his car.also [redacted] was sleeping in his car and could not give Expertec Automotive the proper amount of time needed to complete the  repairs .[redacted], will diagnose the problems then...

provide the parts then complain the problem is not fixed.Finally [redacted] is not stating the truth .He had compliant to BAR as Well as AAA and both closed the complains  stating Expertec Automotive did NOTHING WRONG !Please contact me for further help.sincerely,[redacted]Expertec Automotive714-8489222

Dear Revdex.com,it has been very clear that [redacted], can not be reasoned with.[redacted] claim Expertec never did any thing right but that is not true. it was advised to [redacted] (by me) to seek a another repair shop prior to the last repair and [redacted] reply was ;"I will keep coming here and when i'm not happy I will right you up" Expertec final respond is:there will be no refund,no apology no credit.... no another responding... this matter is closed!this compliant had been ruled by AAA and the B.A.R and cleared Expertec from any wrong doing.[redacted],
