Response to correspondence, Wednesday- March 29, 2017It is common knowledge Expertech has a big Turn-Over on Employees, reliable seasonal and the real matter at hand is, his inability to follow up on the progress of his product as promised, while not making an effort to correct inefficiencies as they occurred, ecological control, elevation, temperature spikes, all effect plants, go into shock, curtail germinationThis was Spring season, May and May 27, not Indian Summer, August/September, like he proposed as idealSod is questionable final sale, it’s his installation process, was inappropriate, innaneHis advantage over Senior Citizens is Amazing!MrH*** needs to come to the table, cut out the red tape and make to remove this from my yard, or make offer partial refund that, I may clean up my yard and start new lawnHis stance is very un-acceptable!

[redacted], they do not sell weeds. Sod was healthy when installed and there are no refunds for perishable products damaged or destroyed by neglect. Other allegations concerning any employee of mine are ludicrous. This is the only complaint I have received in 35 years in this business and 5 years in this market.
