We as a company strive to not only fulfill our customer needs and demands in a professional matter but we do our best to provide customer satisfactionWhen we received the phone call yesterday from ***, representative of Revdex.com, we were completely shocked that [redacted] felt the need to file a complaintAfter reviewing the complaint it’s clear that her demands were that we take action in resolving this matter but interesting enough she never made the effort to communicate that we resolved her issueIn essence the complaint was that a service was rendered to her property in respect to her treesAfter the job was completed the accusation was that a section of her roof, shingles to be exact, were damaged from the service that we renderedWe communicated with our employees to see if any limbs or shrubbery fell on her roof that could have cause that damage and they mentioned there were no incidentsWe are completely aware accidents happen and we are completely responsible if that ever is the caseThis situation clearly shows our commitment to customer satisfaction because even though we felt we were not responsible we still notified our insurance company to take care of the situationOur own insurance adjuster was surprised that the customer felt that we were responsible since the damage would have been more severe if a limb or shrubbery of that stature were to fall on her roofAgain we took action and we fixed her roof and provided a monetary settlement to her and to her neighborAttached to this response letter is a separate document with the signature of ***, who filed the complaint, stating the monetary compensation was received and that her demands were fulfilledIf there are any other questions, please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
