We would like to point out the following in answer to your notice to ExperTox regarding the suspension of our account with the Revdex.com.We were only notified of this complaint once one of your salesman called me to renew our annual subscription. I informed her that I had heard from a
client of ours that someone filed a complaint. Your salesman had the complaint sent to me via email on 3/27/16.We would like to answer the complaint as follows: ExperTox is a toxicology lab. There are many collection sites in the United States who independently train their staff to collect samples for testing to send to our lab. These collection sites are our customers.*** *** is a patient (donor) of *** *** *** ***, a collection site and our customer. We have submitted their answer to Ms***'s complaint in the following email. ExperTox employees do not speak to our customer's patients regarding what tests should be performed. *** *** *** *** employees are trained by their Franchisors and their own staff on what tests should be ordered for each circumstance. To the best of our knowledge, Ms*** did not speak to an ExperTox employee or an *** *** *** *** employee as to which type of test Ms*** should order. Furthermore, we did not collect $from Ms***. *** *** *** *** should have been paid for this service by the donor. We in turn bill *** *** *** ***, our customer, for the test at a later date, once the test is resulted. I have spoken to our
patient, *** ***, on the phone on more than one occasion
regarding what she was trying to accomplish. She stated that she is
concerned about being poisoned by a group of people. In order for me to
direct her to the right direction, I had to ask some questions i;e how is she being
poisoned to determine if I had to draw blood, or if she is bringing an item
like a liquid or powder and so on. She stated that the group of people
spray her as they walk by. Based on that information, I informed her that
we can do an Unknown Toxins and Poison test by urine, blood or hair. She
opted for a blood test because according to her she had just been
sprayed. In the multiple times that we spoke she never mentioned any type
of concern for a heavy metal and the conversation was only about being
poisoned
