The scheduler is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The service techs are poorly trainedI would not recommend this company to anyoneExpert ac will ruin your unit and patch it back up as if they never ruined it !! I will be contacting my attorney !!!!!

They sent [redacted] to do my repairHe did not show up or call on the scheduled dayHe showed up the following day and he was very rude and uncompromisingHe spent a great amount of time questioning me about my schooling and place of employmentHe did not want to check my attic unit and he threatened to double my charges if I insistedI paid him, however, I think he may have sabotaged my system because my house feels like the heat has been turned onNow I have to pay for another service visit

We came into contact with this company through our home warranty companyThe weather outside at night was in the 20s on many occasionsThe heating unit was not workingThe first company to come out said there was some type leak in the system and submitted a bill to the warranty company which included $not covered by the warranty for revisions in duct/drain systemsWe could not afford the revisions and the warranty covered the restThe unit still did not work
The warranty people then sent out Experts ACThey examined the unit and stated one of the burners was not working and needed another heating unit which they replaced at the expense of the warranty companyThe heat still did not work after thisWe had the warranty company send them back out againAt this time we were using the stove and portable heaters to heat the houseThey came in measured the temperature near the thermostat and stated the problem was the thermostat was no good and needed to be replaced for $which was not covered under the warrantyI asked how the thermostat not working was affecting the inability of the unit to heat the homeThey stated the house was reading degrees so the thermostat must be kicking off too soon
This explanation made no sense to meWe told them the unit does not shut offThey measured the temperature near the vents and said it was reading in the 80s and 90sThey measured the temperature of the outside wall and said it measured in the 50sSo the next explanation was there was heat loss going onI asked them to check the ventsThey would notThey were in a hurry to leave and left
We called the warranty people again and told them we were using external heat sources to heat the home, the unit was still not working, the unbelievable explanations we got, and to please send another companyThey sent ***
The next day after Experts left *** came in and solved the problem at no extra charge within minutesThey found a disconnected wire and the air flow system was clogged so the system could not circulate heat

I have many emails I want to share/submit for review. [redacted] has my phone call notes documented and I have requested copies of my recorded phone calls and all documentation that I want to submit to Revdex.com and give permission for Revdex.com to access. I posted this review to their Facebook page-THE WORST!! NEVER USE THEM ! I would give them a -1000 if I could !! Our home warranty co. Chose them for us. We have an existing, unresolved work order since January 4th, 2016. Very 'shady', suspicious workers; show up unannounced, owner & all employees we've dealt with never keep their word on anything they say concerning your repair. I am contacting the Revdex.com to report the entire, exhausting, time consuming issue in detail. I hope they are required to remove the Revdex.com logo off of their 'business' card/ if that's what you call it. I am filing a formal complaint with [redacted] as I type and am committed to wasting as much time reporting and filing complaints to the highest level of authority.
I want them to take responsibility for their lies, horrible customer service, false advertising, wasting 45+ days of my time and energy, etc. I want them held accountable for not even getting close to upholding their 'slogan'. They have falsely blamed the home warranty company and lied to my husband, myself and the home warranty company on every call we have made to question the status of our work order since 1/4/16. I expect their Revdex.com rating to be lowered extensively.

Do not do business with this company!! My wife is staying with my grandchildren in MS while my daughter and son-in-law are out of town. The temperature has been in the 90's and 100's. The air conditioner broke down two weeks ago. The home warranty company sent these people out to repair it. She has been getting one excuse after another. First the woman in the office will say they have to order a part and it will be in on Monday. Monday comes and the same woman says it's on a truck and they will be there that day. Then she doesn't hear from them and they won't answer the phone. The next day, the same woman says they are waiting on parts. They say they will be there, then don't show up, don't call, and won't answer the telephone. When you finally get them to answer, they start on the whole "Need to order parts" excuse again. My wife and three grandchildren have been sweltering through these last two weeks because of Experts AC's incompetence, laziness, and outright lies. Avoid these people at all costs.
