Merchant had been billed in line with the signed contractual terms with
fees in point+ font size, further a copy of the contract and a
suggestion to monitor billing to confirm they are always to the
merchants satisfaction was sent prior to merchant starting to use
ExpiTrans service. As
a courtesy ExpiTrans has agreed to close this
acount with no additional fees and will provide a credit for the fixed
fees billed from May until July during the time the account was not
used, additionally, once the credit card terminal is returned to
ExpiTrans merchant will be sent back their security deposit and as a
courtesy the $gift card will be sent as a credit to their account.
We did not make any mistakes on our billing or fees. The only error on
ExpiTrans part was the delay in sending the incentive $gift card out
to this merchant, the staff member responsible apologized to the
merchant for this and the merchant has accepted the additional courtesy
credits to bring them to full satisfaction

This merchant never contacted ExpiTrans regarding this request and therefore had no basis to report his request to the Revdex.com. ExpiTrans has maintained a great rating with the Revdex.com by always responding to client requests and had the merchant simply called or emailed ExpiTrans we could...

have helped them. If the merchant was incorrectly billed any amount that would be refunded. We are currently reviewing and will notify them shortly of our decision.

As of 2/1/17 our CS Team confirmed the account is in fact closed and there should be no further billings. The account was not originally closed for the merchant due to the merchant still actively processing with us and when we pointed this out, [redacted] stated she wanted to wait on the cancellation. As...

of 1/26/16, [redacted] wanted the account to remain open. Once she fully confirmed she would no longer be using the account and that it was to be closed (1/27/17 call)the request was handled within a few days. I have attached Processing statements from a few months over the past 2 years that show active processing.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted] I called Expitran many times, every time I have called them up to the time that I choose to discontinue my business with them, I never got responses from their office, I was always told that they would look into my inquirer and call me back, each time I then would receive a call from [redacted], their field contracted sales rep and say to me, [redacted] the office called me and said you are mad, what is the problem.I would tell [redacted], I am not mad , I called to get clarity of my account as to why I do not get paper invoices each month , that I have no idea what my fees are that I am being charged, and That I received a call from Authorize.net. to state so, [redacted] would then tell me she would call me back, and of course would not. So when I would call [redacted] back a couple of days later, [redacted] would blow me off and be short, curt, and suggestive to me that was not a problem, and she would again call her corporate office, and get me answers, and call me back. I have played that game with this company for 3 years, I spoke with [redacted] over 2 years ago with issues, however every time since, that I have called I would get customer service tell me, [redacted] I will look into your account and call you back. and again, never have. And Again another call would come from [redacted], )( who I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THE CORPORATE OFFICE, THAT [redacted] IS A CONTRACTED FIELD REP. So, NO.. NO ONE FROM THEIR OFFICE HAS ever REACHED OUT TO SPEAK WITH Me. Now, yesterday I received a e-mail from [redacted], reqwuesting I now call them in regards to my complaint.I responded with, all communicating can take place throught the Revdex.com  process. here was her e-mail from yesterday.eff,Can you give me a call about the refund you are requesting for the authorize.net fees?[redacted]

Review: This company recruited me to do business through them to run my credit card business. Their claim is that if they can not give you the lowest rates, they will gladly give you a 1000.00. What they don't do, is give all information needed to run credit cards, they sent out a rep, to us that knows nothing in how their company works, I moved forward with them and what a night mare it has been I can not get returned phone calls from their business relationship supervisor [redacted]. They set me up, and now 6 days later after funds I ran through their terminal, My charge account is on hold, as I am now being told after my 6th phone call to them that all paper work verification was not completed, yet they came set up my terminal, and told me my account was set and ready to go. they have held funds now since the 25th of April, and now I am told I have to verily information and fill out a 1099 form which I will d, and then close my account with them. Their customer service and business operations really needs to be redone with training before they set out to trap and hold hostage any other business running credit cards.Desired Settlement: just want my funds released and not work with them moving forward. I cannot run a business running credit cards, when they do not know how the industry works, they have misrepresented them selfs

Review: 11/13 was contacted by [redacted], account manager, promising to furnish a credit card machine in exchange for processing our credit card transactions. This was about the same time my existing processor was wanting me to buy a machine. SEVERAL phone calls later, converted to ExpiTrans with a promise of a $50 gift card for the change and that there was not a monthly fee for the service, just per item handled. Under high pressure signed faxed contract. Contacts thru December, then January 16, 2014 received a bill for $30 monthly fee and still no gift card. I was assured by email that Mr. [redacted] was resubmitting for the gift card and he would "find out what the $30 charge was for". I have contacted them periodically since then, been informed Mr [redacted] no longer works there but the gift card is coming yet. Still no explanation to the $30 charge which is probably buried in the contract I signed.Desired Settlement: Feel they still need to send me the $50 VISA gift card and drop the $30 per month charge, charge only the per item fee we agreed to.
