I bought a certificate for a skydive for my wife in August of 2019. I have been trying to contact them for a refund since September when we found out she was pregnant and could not use it the certificate. Their email address is undeliverable and they never answer voicemails. I’ve left over 20. It’s been almost a year, and the certificate will expire this August (next month.) Now with COVID-19, we don’t feel comfortable using the certificate. I would still like my refund.
Check was mailed out the next day,to the person who bought it. The cert. was still good long after the she was pregnant. I refunded the money to the guy the next day. They called and talked to me in person every other day wanting there money to pay a closing cost on a house. I got tired of the calls and emailed a copy of the check dated after the first call. He was good enough to let them have the money. I think they wanted to rip me off.....
After speaking with the proprietor and passing along a copy of the original receipt stating that we had one year to receive a refund for my gift card purchase he did indeed provide us with a refund check minus a small "service fee".
