I would agree with you if I had been told the unit had severe hail damage requiring the roof to be replaced and received a substantial discount as you statedWe were not given that piece of paper in the packet we received and I find that incredibly odd considering we received everything elseI vaguely remember a dollar discount being mentioned for hail damage when it was discussed but in Texas that might mean a small dentThere was nothing on the paperwork about hail damage and I would think that would be displayed somewhereI have every piece of paper that came off the unitat no time was there any discussion of severe hail damage requiring a new roof as I assure you we would not have purchased the unit regardless of the savings as I know that once you have damage things never go well after thatthe reason I have such distrust as you state is because I have been lied to every step of the way whether intentionally or by omissionit really doesn't matter either way to me as it is the same resultas I have informed all of your upper management and the owner I do not feel we were treated fairly and I was very up front about the damage from rubbing the treewe had a repairman come look at the damage and we were told it was merely cosmeticI knew the moment your company saw that they would blame everything off on that spot and they didYes the district manager came out and gave it a cursory glancehe was given a ladder and the only thing he was interested in was the spot that had rubbed the treeif that is all you focus on that is all you will seeI am dissatisfied and that will not changeI will not let this go until I receive the satisfaction that I am dueRegards,

I reached out to our customer [redacted] who filed a complaint against my company [redacted] concerning her RV she purchased back in September of 2016. I called [redacted] twice and left messages to please call me so I can try and assist her. I do know that she and her husband did come by...

yesterday(7/26) un announced (no set appointment) demanding that we look at her RV immediately because the interior lights were not working. We dropped what we were doing and had a tech inspect her RV only to find that they had removed a fuse in the panel box. When we inserted a new fuse all the lights came on. I will say on another visit from her recently she was upset that her fridge wasn’t cooling. When we tested the fridge, it was working properly. At this time we started asking the [redacted] different questions trying to find out if there was something that they were doing that could posably cause the fridge to not cool. When the question of “How do you bring power to your RV” come up, they explained that they had to plug into a long extension cord because the power source was so far from their RV. When we asked more questions turns out they were connecting their factory supplied 30 AMP power cord into their personal 20 AMP long extension cord and this was not allowing the fridge to work properly. I feel that every time the [redacted] need assistance from either us at [redacted] or the factory that owns their warranty, everyone has had a can do and solved any issues they were having. Dear Mrs. [redacted]   After looking into the matter concerning your 2015 Hill Country travel trailer, I would like to respond to your concerns. First of all the reason we have had tremendous success with customers seeking out new units with hail damage, is that it allows them to purchase...

new travel trailers at a substantial savings but still include a full warranty. We also do a walk thru with all our customers before they purchase to make sure it meets their needs. To confirm that our stores do disclose with the customer that this is a special hail damage unit being sold at a great price, we have every customer sign a disclosure of the hail damage, which you did. We are always going to have a “Can Do” attitude with all our customers if your unit needs any repairs and when yours needed things repaired we worked with Crossroads, the manufacturer of your trailer and got those items fixed for you. The manufacturer’s written warranty is the sole warranty that covers the unit and they have total and complete control over the decision making progress. After a site inspection by our southern regional manager it was discovered that you also caused damage to the unit by hitting a tree. We feel we have dealt with you in good faith every step of the way. You have clearly communicated that you do not trust our service or sales team.
