Among other parts of the vacation program offered is the ability to convert "weeks" into travel credits worth approximately $each We bought a program with travel weeks that we can convert through a company called Timeshare Properties of Atlanta (TPA) TPA says it will take days to convert weeks into credits We paid over $for the program
After finally getting our accounts number from Explore Your World, I deposited the first weeks in two week groups TPA says we cannot have any of our "credits" deposited until they sell all the weeks we deposited for each group It has now been more than months They have had more week out of each of the two groups of for of those months that according to them on every call are about ready to be closed on
Each call is the same with TPA said then that it would be final in a couple weeks
Explore your world has been totally useless for helpthere only reply is that its out of there hands and up to TPA No problem taking my money but also no problem not helping any either I have found out
We have had the same issue with exploreurworld. They say they've sold 9 of 10 weeks and give us excuse after excuse as to why the last one is always almost sold. Would like to be able to contact others in the same situation. We need to find who will help us with this deal. They took our money but you can't get past customer service. No one above customer service will talk to you or return calls or emails! Scam that needs to be stopped !
