I am trying to receive the refund of my cancelled flight from Jan,18th,2018. Ever day I am calling them and threatening them to send me my money today they are sending me money through paypal. So far no answer.
I am not able to get the partial refund from this company know as exploretrip.com
Attached are the calls recording on from my google voice for Exploretrip and Air India customer service center.
Attached is the proof of payment from Air India side and conversation with exploretrip. I call them each time there is new story. Sometime Transaction failure, sometime they have not received the funds. Sometimes Kevin from escalation will call within 2 to 5 hours. and I never get the call from them. Sometimes, the money will get to your card in 15 days.
How can I get money from them?
I have all the emails and call recording from the customer service center. All I heard was lies uptill now.
