My Daughters school trip Schedule for this month was canceled because of Covid. This company still took the final payment for the trip off my credit card even after the trip was canceled. I called and was told that the charges would be reversed because the payment supposed to come off since the trip was canceled ( not by me) before that schedule payment. This was 'March 19 2020. I wanted the 7-10 business and nothing. I called and was told by customer service that they would pass the message on to accounting and it could take 72 business hrs. I waited and still nothing. I called 2 more times since and between each call I waited the 72 business hrs. This is unfair and unprofessional that no one has returned my call. I also emailed my tour consultant Olivia H. And she also has to gotten back to me. I need someone to get back to me
