After contacting another company to do some work cutting down some tile (splashguard) to fix a microwave that had been tiled in by the developer, and getting no response, I came across Genero and Explosive City TileHe was the consummate professional in all his dealings with my issueAfter taking a picture of the scope of my work, he formed a plan of attack, and once he got to my home, he knocked out the job in a relatively quick 3/of an hourWe did run into a problem and together we decided on an action plan, with unfortunetly, the worst case scenario happening (a cracked tile)However, with this tile being tucked under the bottom hood of the microwave, it is in acceptable condition to not having a microwave at all, or having to rip out an entire wall of granite to get to the microwaveOverall, a great job by a professional, caring personI would recommend Genero and his crew to anyone needing tile work

Explosive City Tile provided me excellent service for my granite counter repair. They were prompt, was attentive to detail in customer satisfaction, and was surprisingly affordable. I would use these guys again for any future granite or tile work and would recommend them to others.

Genaro is a craftsman that knows his craft well. He did a great job that we are proud of and people admire. He kept us informed of any issues; it is a pleasure to have someone work on your house that wants to do a very good job and keep the customer happy.

Explosive City installed wood-look tile in my entry/hallways, dining area, kitchen and bath in my 2nd floor condo. And I am very happy with final result and entire experience. The job entailed removing old tile and carpet and this was done with minimal mess and everything was hauled away. The business owner, Genaro, is professional and knows his craft. He explained everything as he went along and I found him to be courteous, very up-front and honest. When the job was done he came back to ensure I was happy and did some finishing touches which I much appreciated.
