EXPO 2000

Review: On 6/**/2013 (Friday), I bought a pair of sandals from this store. The sandals fell apart after wearing them on Saturday. I returned them to the store on Monday 6/**/2013. The store manager would not exchange the merchandise that was brought from this store. I only wore the sandals one time. The store is selling defective products so that after the item is brought and used, there is no exchange or return. There is no sign in the store that states this. It isn't until after you buy the item, take it home, use it, it breaks, tears, etc, they do not honor the common courtesy of an exchange. I feel like my money was taken. The store is selling defective products. I hope the Revdex.com can look into this issue as it is happening to alot of people who come into this store. Please note on our receipts for our stores that there is a notice that says merchandise will be exchanged if returned in original condition, and if it is unused and unworn, with tickets attached . The shoes were worn and judging by the condition that it was returned in, it was apparently worn a few times. Had the shoe not shown signs of wear and tear and damage done by wearing repeatedly we would have gladly exchanged this item for customer.
